Welcome to our beautifully renovated historical building, set in the prime riverfront location in Phnom Penh. This property perfectly blends rich history with modern luxury, offering a unique stay in the city's safest area. Please note, the path to the apartment goes through a small alley that can appear a bit dirty, but rest assured, it's 100% safe with 24/7 police patrolling due to the Royal Palace. Some Airbnb photos were taken by wonderful past guests, capturing wonderful memories.

Five out of Five Stars! Good and clear communication from the first message. Friendly personel at the desk and parking guards, 24 hours available. Very spacious and clean room with everything working perfectly. Comfortable mattress, couch and big tv with good sound quality and nice bath tub! Flexible housekeeping times. Nice big pool with a beautiful view and nice gym. No noise in and around the hotel during day and night and a safe feeling.

Lovely stay in Suyas apartment. Very responsive host and check-in/check-out was very easy. The rooftop pool was lovely and reception was so helpful. Everything was how it looked on the photos, nice shower, big bedrooms and spacious living room. Loads of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area so perfect location.

A well-lit bedroom features a spacious bed with crisp white linens and decorative pillows. Two framed art pieces are mounted above the bed. Tall windows are dressed with sheer curtains, allowing natural light to fill the space. A television is mounted on the opposite wall.
