The main attractions or places to enjoy It's a bit far, but the accommodation is good for the price, and the host's quick response resolved any problems that arose during my stay.

I like this villa. Definitely a unique layout. It had a very comfortable bed and the living room is very cozy. I would stay again. The only draw back is the distance from a 7/11 or Tops. If you need something, bring it.

The house is comfortable and the a/c works great. We had a good time.

The villa is located in an old resort and around a 10-minute drive from the beach. The highlight was the pool, from its cleanliness to the jacuzzi functions. Since it’s in an old resort, the furniture is a little out of style and has some wear and tear, but it has all the facilities and amenities mentioned. It’s pet friendly and there is no extra cost. The host is also very responsive and friendly and quickly solved any issues we had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. We stayed over the weekend and this place was fantastic! Really great, short drive to the pier for Koh Samet, friendly and quick responding host. She was very helpful and even though we booked the same morning as stayed she had everything set up ready to go. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend we will come and stay again! 😊

The villa KTV room is correct.Private KTV room, have a good experience with friends. , Mandarin, English songs are all available.No other villa has ever been tried.Pattaya has already lived in the plan for a few more days. The host is very helpful when checking in, Pattaya data is mine.

The highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool – it was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing dip. The surroundings added to the charm, making it a truly peaceful retreat. A special mention to the caretaker (Tin Tin ), who was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality made the experience even better. Great space. Quite neighborhood. 3 private bedrooms (individual room locks) with lots of extra sofa beds. 3 Tv’s. Not the fancy smart kind (ie no Netflix or screen casting) but good for viewing local Tv. The pool is fun for kids and the outdoor patio is very relaxing. It’s not far (by car) from a really lovely beach, Nam Rin that we enjoyed a lot. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided along with a 2 burner gas hob. Also has a microwave. We plan to return sometime.

Lovely place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. You’ll need some wheels to get to the beach / explore around, but it’s a nice and calm place to do so, so all good. Didn’t meet Sami but he was very responsive to our messages/needs. His place was clean, spacious, relaxing, and well equipped. Many thanks!

I stayed here for 4 nights with mine and my brothers family. There were 8 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The villa is well equipped and each large bedroom has an en-suite which is great. The pool is amazing and the kids pretty much stayed in that the whole time. If you like all the electronics there is plenty here to entertain you and once my son worked out the karaoke machine we had a fun night of singing. There were some minor issues with a drain in one of the bedrooms but after a message to the host someone arrived very quickly to resolve. When you walk out of the villa there is a 7/11 within 2 mins walking which is handy for drinks and snacks. Get yourself the bolt app and you can book taxis to anywhere in Pattaya. We loved it here and would definitely come back when we visit Pattaya again.

Hello, we rented a house for a children's birthday party. We were very pleased! The owner was friendly, answered all questions, helped us find our way around. The house has a good full kitchen, all the necessary utensils, a large refrigerator. Well-kept garden, the children even spotted pomegranates behind the house, a dining area near the pool. The pool is a normal size, clean, they were aware of the nuances with the tiles. Cleaning is included, which made me especially happy. Thank you!

Jada’s place is great. She and Paul are wonderful host. They are 2 min walk from a wonderful family beach in Pattaya. If you are with your family, this is the place to go! Shops and food within walking distance. We swam in the ocean every night! What a wonderful place.
