We had a very pleasant stay in Grafrath. Simon was extremely kind and helpful, giving several hints about the place and always available whenever we needed a help. I hope we may return to their place in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at “the castle.” The communal kitchen led to a few nice conversations with other guests and the farm store downstairs (with delicious raw milk!) was a total highlight for the kids and us. We’re sure to recommend and will be back!

Maria is a great host, took care of everything, is extremely friendly and has an authentic character. Here you get a beautiful place with good connection to the Spieljochbahn and the large ski area in the Zillertal. We will be happy to come back! Thank you Maria!!!

We all felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is appealing, cozy, lovingly and individually furnished, the kitchen-living room is the heart of the whole. The historic farmhouse is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by forest and meadows, blooming trees, rippling Brünnlein. The feather cattle, the cats walk around the farm and the adjacent meadows. The various different excursion and hiking opportunities are easily accessible by car, but also on foot or by bike, even after what you want to do. Peter is a very friendly and helpful host, had great tips and hints, was always easily accessible. In past reviews, it was stated that certain costs, such as tourist tax, should have been paid. You always have to pay tourist tax in Germany and Austria, whether on Sylt, in the Black Forest or in the Salzburger Land, this is completely normal! All in all it was a lovely week, thank you!

The accommodation is quiet and easy to find. The host responded to questions within a short time and was very friendly. Check in was quick and easy. We immediately felt comfortable at the place. Everything was clean and tidy. Thank you for letting us be with you. We can only recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back!

We came here 3 years ago and liked it so much we chose it for our holiday again this year. The location is perfect. Beautiful mountain views. Peace and quiet. Only a short walk to the thermal spa, and a slightly longer one to the Schlossbrauhaus with its traditional Bavarian food and drink. A very short drive to the Tegelbergbahn cable car. And of course the castles. The accommodation is great. Very characterful and roomy. Ideal for two couples with differing daily routines as the second bedroom and bathroom are quite separate. The communication from Juergen was great and he sorted out a small problem for us very swiftly. Recommended!

Mega beautiful place to stay! Well located to look at the many beautiful lakes nearby. Place as described and really really clean! Communication was proactive and I was helped quickly. Reception mega nice! All in all, I can recommend the accommodation and would come back.

For the second time at Marlene's, we were allowed to spend a great snow sports week again in the small but well furnished apartment with sun balcony. The quiet location with the best public transport connection to, among others, Seefeld, security facilities in the ski cellar and the extensive cross-country network with access practically at your doorstep are the best conditions for outdoor enthusiasts. Marlene's warm hospitality completes the whole picture. Thank you and soon back to Plaik/Leutasch!

Elisabeth's home is a fantastic choice! The cozy and welcoming atmosphere makes you feel immediately at ease, and the location is perfect for exploring everything nearby. Elisabeth went above and beyond with her kindness, offering wonderful local recommendations that enhanced our visit. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—it was a truly delightful experience!

The apartment is very well equipped, this also applies to things like kitchen utensils and hygiene items. The care is provided by Carola and is excellent. The location of the apartment is very quiet. This is where you can really relax. Amazon and Netflix are provided by the hosts. We were completely satisfied👍

We had a wonderful time in this great apartment in the middle of beautiful Lermoos. Sitting on the terrace admiring the view of Zugspitze was amazing!!

We felt very comfortable at the place. The area is quite nice. Perfect for hiking, biking or simply relaxing at the beautiful Tegernsee. We will be happy to come back.

Magdalena's house is very charming. It really matches the look in the photos. Large kitchen with convenient cooking equipment, living room with door to the balcony (there is a TV but not a smart one), spacious dining area and very comfortable! A washing machine saved us in the property. Magdalena would come in every day to empty the trash, it didn't bother us that they entered the house when we weren't present, but you have to take that into account. We enjoyed the property very much, Magdalena was very nice and friendly, added a baby crib even though we didn't ask and in general did the maximum. Good stay, highly recommend!

I am incredibly grateful for the time I spent at Christoph and Stephanie’s beautiful home. It was the perfect retreat — peaceful, spotless, and so comfortable — with easy access to town and the breathtaking natural beauty of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Beyond the beautiful space, Christoph and Stephanie are truly kind and generous hosts. I felt a genuine personal connection with them, and their warmth and hospitality made my stay unforgettable. The place was super clean, the reception at the place was super friendly and very familiar. The various rooms on the residential complex as well as in the apartment are well maintained and in great condition. The communication was super good and also very fast, and questions were answered quickly. At a great time in Oberaudorf, this apartment was the best decision everything was just perfect. Ps: The view from the balcony is simply stunning direct mountain views. Always happy and 1000% recommended.

The vacation home was cozy and equipped with every comfort,such as a wonderful bath. The view from the cottage was great and you could enjoy the beautiful mountains in the distance a little further. From the cottage you can take beautiful walks. There are many things to discover in the area. Charlotte is friendly and helpful. We had a really nice time.

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the property (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the surroundings for hiking and cycling.

The place was very nice and absolutely clean. Everything was exactly as described. The key handover was super uncomplicated. The terrace with great views was particularly nice. Another plus: your own underground parking space. The hosts were very friendly, easily accessible and had everything well prepared. Highly recommended!

What a great place to stay. We felt very comfortable in the beautiful chalet. The rooms are very clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen offers you everything to let off steam in the chalet. The surroundings are fantastic with a great view of the main Alpine ridge with Alpspitze and Zugspitze. The Kuhfluchtwasserfälle waterfalls can also be seen from the chalet. The property is in a very quiet residential area and you can walk to the train station, a bakery and a village shop in 15 minutes. Nearby is also a great Italian restaurant (Da Nico). We really enjoyed our three days in the chalet. The openness and helpfulness of our host also contributed to this. And the delicious rhubarb cake. Thank you for everything.

Carolin was a great host (communicative and present) and the apartment was incredible. Great view of the mountains from two of the three balconies. As clean and modern as you could wish for, and equipped with all the amenities a family needs. Only 10 minutes' drive to the Zugspitze or Garmisch, and large supermarkets only about 5 minutes away.

We were in this great place until yesterday. It's very rare that an apartment really looks as great in real life as it does in the pictures. But this definitely applies here! It is beautiful and large enough for 6 people. It has a small sauna that we all liked very much. The terrace and the view from it is breathtaking! Of course, the hosts are just as important. Anna and Rudi are both incredibly friendly and open-minded. The contact with her daughter in advance was just as pleasant. We will definitely visit again!

Check-in was straightforward and the apartment was easy to reach. In the apartment itself, everything was clean and as described. Many restaurants and bus stops are within 10 minutes' walking distance. In summary, we are fully satisfied and would love to stay with Andrea again on our next visit to Garmisch

We spent the Ascension weekend as a family in this cozy apartment and felt completely comfortable. The apartment is well equipped, clean and offers everything you everything for a short stay. We would like to highlight the hostess Katharina, who welcomed us very warmly and was always friendly and helpful. The location of the accommodation is ideal to explore Upper Bavaria – numerous excursion options are easily accessible. We can absolutely recommend this apartment and would be happy to come back.
