Our balcony room with private shower/toilet has a size of 27 square meters. The sleeping-living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with magnificent mountain views. In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. ARRIVAL Saturday or Sunday Please pay the tourist tax on site. €2.80 per person per day Minimum booking 6 days From May to September, minimum booking is 7 days

You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. We share the bathroom with tub and shower. For family & friends there is a second room. PLEASE SAY HI TO THE NEIGHBORS!

Upon arrival, something went wrong with the reservation, so the booked space was not available. However, this was already resolved because I got a larger accommodation with a beautiful view! The host was very friendly, helpful and always available for any questions. I would love to come back here again!

Staying at this apartment was satisfying, and relaxing. No over instructions, no other sort of interruption by host. We loved the place, it is very close to railway station, and city centre. The apartment was very clean, facilities are exactly as mentioned in the description. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Wolfgang's accommodation is a hotel. We used this hotel for a ski holiday in the nearby Kleinwalsertal. Check-in is via QR code and was therefore uncomplicated and flexible. The room was top modernly furnished, had a TV and mini fridge, as well as a table, and two chairs. Also the bathroom was super modern, clean and nice. Definitely would recommend a stay!
