You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. The S-Bahn runs every 10 or 20 minutes, depending on the time of day.

The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own bathroom, which is located on the 2nd floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a lounge and a shared kitchen with a huge covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests by arrangement for quiet use. Dogs only by prior arrangement. In addition, there is an apartment for 6 - 8 people on the top floor.

Vacation home "Platzhirsch"

Klais is located at about 940 meters above sea level. In 2015 and 2022, the G7 / Summit, including Barak Obama, took place here. A place to spend the summer as well as the winter. Hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle tours, as well as cross-country skiing in winter and of course classic skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes. All bus and train rides are free of charge with the guest card.

Enjoy wonderful days in our family guesthouse, which is run by Heidi and Elisabeth in the second and third generation. The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed.

You will have a room in a typical bavarian house. The house is at the end of a dead end. It´s very calm over there. The bed is 200 x 140 cm. If there is a second guest, I will charge an other 20.—Euro. There are 3 dogs in the house, so you shouldn´t be afraid of dogs or being allergic. They are used to other dogs. To Ammersee you have about 500 meters. If you want to visit Munic. It´s a 1 hour ride by train, or about 45 minutes by car.

Zugspitz Apartment - by Gästehaus Buchwieser

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the pedestrian zone of Garmisch. The apartment has a double and a single bed with a small kitchenette, minibar, TV, WiFi, private bathroom/shower/toilet and a balcony. (2nd floor) Unfortunately, we will no longer offer breakfast starting in 2025.

With the tram you easily reach the City of Augsburg, the Universities and the Augsburg fair. The place can be reached by car easily.
