Double room country house style (Eckstein guest house)

Feel comfortable in our bright spacious double rooms, which are individually equipped. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the garden and Allgäu paradise. The balconies are equipped with comfortable chairs and table, so you can comfortably have a drink or a snack there. A TV with a sitting area, shower/toilet/hair dryer is also part of the equipment. All our guest rooms are non-smoking rooms, but smoking is allowed on the balcony. On the floor there is also a newly designed guest kitchen, with guest refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 hotplates stove, ideal for preparing smaller dishes or breakfast. Bus stop in front of the front door and SBahn connection about 5 minutes away by bus. S6 leads directly to the city center or to the Hackerbrücke for Wiesn visitors (about 25 min). Car transfer to SBahn possible by appointment. Breakfast is not included. However, the kitchen can also be used.

Hallo, Ich biete euch einen gemütlichen Raum mit TV, Schreibtisch und einem kleinen aber gemütlichem Bett (90x200cm). Ein kleiner Schreibtisch und Stuhl sind ebenfalls im Zimmer. Das Badezimmer teilen wir uns während eures Aufenthalts. Es ist voll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, am Stadtrand und mit der S-Bahn super angebunden: Hauptbahnhof 24 min. Marienplatz 21 min. Ostbahnhof 15 min. Messe (Messestadt Ost) 17 min. Flughafen / Airport 49 min.

Bright and absolutely quiet room with private bathroom in new, quiet and very well-maintained apartment complex in the rear courtyard. Small balcony facing the courtyard. Right by the Olympic Park. U-Bahn (four stops to Marienplatz/main train station) and tram and bus line in the neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping and everything you need is just around the corner.
