Vacation rentals with a patio in Pescia

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il soggiorno presso Casa Formentale. La casa era esattamente come descritta, pulita, accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. Francesca si è dimostrata un'host eccezionale: disponibile, cordiale e attenta, nel rispetto della nostra privacy. La posizione dell'appartamento era ideale per esplorare la zona, e abbiamo apprezzato molto anche i suoi suggerimenti su attività e luoghi da visitare con i bimbi. Consiglio vivamente il suo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza autentica e piacevole. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Great location, right by the Duomo which is one of the most amazing features of the city. The apartment is on 2 levels with stairs, so may not be suitable for older visitors or kids but we had no trouble. The new AC worked well and the bed was really comfy, we slept so well. We enjoyed the outside terrace as the dome was so close. We had a great stay 👍🏻

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in over 10 years! Thank you so much, Miriam – we’d love to come back!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Maurizio è un ospite eccezionale: caloroso, disponibile, attento e sempre pronto a offrire consigli preziosi sulla zona, i ristoranti e le bellezze meno turistiche di Lucca e dintorni. La sua passione per il podere e l’ospitalità traspare in ogni gesto, facendoci sentire più amici che ospiti. Consigliamo questa esperienza a chi cerca un luogo autentico dove rigenerarsi, lontano dal caos ma a due passi dalle meraviglie della Toscana. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ev gerçekten temizdi ve istediğiniz her şey vardı. Chiara iyi bir ev sahibiydi ve bize lokal restaurant önerdi. Evin konumu şehir merkezine çok yakın değil ama çok uzakta değil. Evin bulunduğu konumda genellikle lokaller yaşıyor.

Vittoria was a wonderful host! Always responsive and very kind. Her apartment is pristine and the views from the private balcony were fantastic overlooking Florence and Tuscany. We will definitely be back!

Die Unterkunft von Mariarita ist wirklich ein Schmuckstück! Die Einrichtung ist bis ins Detail liebevoll, hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Außerdem war alles außerordentlich sauber. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Freisitz und der wunderschöne Garten (der übrigens auch auffallend gut gepflegt ist). Wir hatten unsere E-Bikes dabei und kamen so in 40 min stressfrei nach Lucca. Mariarita und ihr Mann sind wunderbar liebe und freundliche Gastgeber und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt und wir würden sofort wieder hierher kommen!

Our family needed a house to be near family as well as the city of Lucca, but we wanted the peace & quiet of the hills. This house was perfect for us, even with all the stairs! In fact the stairs were great conditioning for all the walking we did. There were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which is great for a family of 4 (Mom, Dad, and 2 kids over the age of 8). Everything was as pictured: towels and linens were clean, kitchen spotless, and yard was beautiful. We did not have time to use the hot tub, although it looked very inviting. We did enjoy the amazing views from all the bedrooms as well as time spent sitting outside on the terrace. Igor was a great host and the Welcome gift was enjoyed. Although we were somewhat familiar with Lucca, Igor was able to provide us with more local information that was extremely helpful (grocery stores, parking, restaurants, and sites to visit). He greeted us when we arrived and was there to say Goodbye. Definitely recommend this place!

Italian hospitality at it's best. Nothing was too much and the most important thing to them was that we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, which we did. From there we were easily able to visit Lucca, Barga, Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, Panzano and the beach. The location and the view from the porch instantly relaxes you. On the last evening we sat on the porch, switched the lights off and watched the fire flies while drinking wine with our meats and cheeses collected from our trips. Do it, just book it.

We were an extended family of eight. The accommodation can only be described as perfect for us. The views were amazing and it was just so peaceful. We enjoyed the pool and the short trips to many restaurants and surrounding villages. That said, we spent most mornings and evenings soaking up the views across the valley to Volterra and beautiful villages dotted on the hillside. Andrea takes huge pride in being accessible and instantaneously responsive. A pleasure to deal with. A small bar / cafe across the road took care of morning coffee’s and any gelato pangs. Thank you Andrea, you made our stay so very memorable. Our only disappointment was leaving!!

Akribisch renoviertes und liebevoll möbliertes altes Steinhaus mit 2 begrünten Terrassen am Rande eines Weilers, umgeben von Olivenhainen, völlig ruhig, keine weitere Infrastruktur. A/C mit Heizfunktion. Küche bestens ausgestattet (Geräte, Geschirr, Utensilien, Gewürze, Öl , Spüli etc.) Modernes Bad, ausreichend frische Handtücher. 2 Schlafzimmer (Durchgang) und Bad/WC im Obergeschoss, Wohnzimmer und Küche im 1. Stock. Im Untergeschoss separates kleines Appartement mit Bad/WC und Küche und Waschmaschine. Zur Begrüßung erwarteten uns Wein, Wasser und ein Frühstück. In Empoli (ca 10 min.) großes Einkaufszentrum, Geschäfte und Lokale. Wer antike Architektur und Möbel, Natur und Ruhe liebt wird sich wie wir sehr wohlfühlen! 🤩 Aufgrund mehrerer steiler Treppen für Kleinkinder und mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Gianluca kommuniziert prompt, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - ein Superhost! Wir bedanken uns! Auto unbedingt erforderli

Zuerst einmal ein großes Kompliment an Sandro. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Auch wenn wir uns nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben, konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Viel besser als es die Bilder je sagen könnten. Diese Liebe zum Detail ist einzigartig. Wir waren 5 Wochen in ganz Italien incl. Sizilien unterwegs. Aber diese Unterkunft war mit eine der schönsten. Auch für unsere Hunde ein Traum. Alles eingezäunt und rundherum wirkliche Ruhe. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle größeren Städte sind gut zu erreichen. Supermarkt und Restaurants ausreichend in der Nähe. Kinder hatten wir nicht dabei aber für die Kleinen ist bei Sandro ausreichend gesorgt mit Spielen, Spielküche, Kuscheltiere und vieles mehr. Dieses Haus kann ich nur empfehlen. Sollten wir wieder einmal diese Gegend besuchen wäre Sandro meine erste Adresse.. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Das Haus von Valentina in Montecarlo ist sehr abgelegen und sehr ruhig und privat. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Es bietet optimale Anbindung an viele Orte im Norden der Toskana und ist super zu finden. Der vordere Bereich rund ums Haus ist umzäunt und mit Hund gut nutzbar (das Tor ist für sehr kleine Hunde ggf. zu breit). Der hintere Bereich mit dem Pool ist zwar umzäunt, aber Hunde kommen unter den Zaun durch, da der Zaun erst in ca. 20cm Höhe beginnt. Außerdem gibt es einen offenen Zaunbereich vom vorderen in den hinteren Bereich. Für aktivere Hundebesitzer daher nicht optimal, da man den Hund schon im Blick behalten muss. Ansonsten ist es ein wunderbares, kleines, klassisch toskanisches Haus und super geeignet im warmen Frühling/Sommer, da das Haus auch schön kalt bleibt.

I took this trip with my sister to San Gimignano and it was absolutely incredible! The views from Egizia’s house were just stunning and breathtaking! From the beginning Egizia was very easy to get into contact with about any questions that I had. She gave wonderful recommendations and booked everything for me! We went to a winery that she had suggested and it was great! The Pilates instructor Giulia was also amazing! And with the hills as our scenery it was such a cool and incredible experience! My sister and I had so much fun! This was an unforgettable trip! We’ll definitely have to come back again!

Lorenzo was such an amazing host. Not only was he very accommodating but also super helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you for making our mother daughter trip to Florence memorable!

We absolutely loved this place. The rooftop balcony was amazing and had the best view of the Duomo. We loved spending our mornings and evenings sitting there. It was a nice location because it was a 15 minute walk to the Duomo so you could be in the heart of Florence quickly, but were able to be out in a quieter area when you wanted to get away. There was a very nice cafe near that we enjoyed coffee and pastries at every morning. Jonny and Michelle were very attentive to anything we needed during our stay. They even were able to accommodate an early check-in so we weren't stuck dragging around our luggage for hours. If we were back in the area, I would book again!

Pauline’s place was gorgeous and very close for shopping not far to walk to the airport and to see pisa everything was located perfectly and the apartment was very easy to find so if you struggle with finding apartments and get lost this is a perfect place for you :)

토스카나 지역을 물씬 즐길수 있었으며 자연이 아름답고 조용한곳으로 낭만을 느낄수 있었음 산속 비포장길을 아침6시에 조깅했는데 산새소리를 들으며 신선한 새벽공기를 만끽할 수 있었음 짧은 3박4일이었지만 매우좋은 추억 가지고 갑니다 감사합니다 ~~~

We had a wonderful stay with Antonella, a beautiful apartment in gorgeous surroundings. our dogs loved the gardens! We tasted some of their delicious olive oil which was a lovely bonus. Antonella and her husband were so friendly and welcoming, we felt right at home.

Deanna warmly welcomed us into her beautiful home in the heart of Florence. Communication with her was effortless throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless and incredibly spacious for four people, with two separate bedrooms. The bed was absolutely divine! The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short walk from the train station and all of Florence’s iconic landmarks. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit. Grazie mille, Deanna!

We cannot speak highly enough of Fabrizio’s accommodations. We made a last-minute booking after deciding to spend a few days in Florence during our journey to Rome. Fabrizio responded promptly and was able to arrange an early check-in for us on short notice. The apartment was spotless, and all amenities exceeded our expectations. Its location was ideal. Should we return to Florence, this would unquestionably be our preferred place to stay each time!

Great communication with host. Wonderful location and apartment. Would definitely stay there again.
