The house is located in the Lucchese countryside, in the Carignano area, in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, but at the same time close to the city center and all services. The old farmhouse has been divided into eight individual apartments, each with its own exclusive garden, as well as a large common park with a swimming pool shared with the guests of the other apartments. Being in the countryside, the access road is very characteristic but narrow and unpaved (suitable for any type of vehicle).

Rest from the city: style outside the center

Dear guests, you are welcome in our house. Modern furnishings, with all the comforts. It is located in the peripheral district of Viareggio but strategic, convenient to reach every area of the city and with free parking inside the property and on the street. By car in 10 minutes you can be on the seafront. Station 5 minutes by taxi to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For us it is a special place and therefore I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility.

La Cantina is a spacious portion (110sqm) of our Country House in Tuscany with air conditioning and heating. It has 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a separated living room decorated with a boho/industrial style. The apartment also offers a big loggia (25sqm) where our guests can enjoy the view of the garden and surrounding wineyards while dining. You have access to a 2000sqm garden with bbq, solarium, jacuzzi area and swimming pool (to be shared with other guests in the property).

We climb 40 STEPS to reach the Nest, a SMALL house, with attention to detail and very bright. The living room consists of an equipped kitchen, a small space for dining and relaxing. Double bedroom, SMALL 2nd BEDROOM and a bathroom. Above the PRIVATE TERRACE, you can see the church and the rooftops.
