If the place is available, simply book it—you won’t regret it! The area is peaceful and beautiful, and the property is superbly clean and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, there’s a fantastic espresso coffee machine, the beds are comfortable, and even wireless chargers are provided for phones. Breakfast was exceptional—it was unreal to wake up to freshly baked bread and vegetables from the garden. All in all, you won’t regret staying here!

Due to an error in the date (on our part), the booking could not actually continue, but Francesco immediately thought in solutions and offered a good alternative. His family is most warm and welcomed us wonderfully; what a warmth and love! The mountain village is cute and offers an oasis of peace. Breakfast is not included as standard, which the listing suggested, but we were allowed to spontaneously join the parents at the table at dinner! A bnb that we can highly recommend. Francesco is a fantastic host even when he is not on the spot and his family knows what hospitality is.

Great stay at Noris's. The accommodation is impeccable, we loved the decor in the Italian spirit. Perfect bedding. Perfect location for visiting the Cinque Terre, Pisa, Florence, Carrara. Despite our late arrival, Noris was there waiting for us to welcome us, Everything for breakfast at our disposal and the parking space in front of the house, the icing on the cake. I'd recommend it without a second thought

Fantastic location. Easy to get to everything Lucca offers. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurant options. Great market steps away from the apartment. Parking was a challenge and we had an issue with a man who had a coffee shop on the corner yelling at us while we unloaded our luggage from the car. Disappointing as we would’ve enjoyed partaking of his shop had he not been so disagreeable. We would still recommend this lodging and would return if the opportunity arose again. Fantastic value 😊

I had a great stay here. Paola is friendly and she arranged everything perfect. I can put my drop off my luggage earlier. The apartment is well-organized. Paola also has another apartment in Livorno. I will come back with my family staying in her apartment Pisa or Livorno too. Thank you for her hosting

The reception by Serena was very quick and very warm. She gave an extensive explanation and tour of the large apartment, showed us the kitchen appliances and the bathroom and tips for restaurants. She explained the bikes and about the access to the building and the apartment.

Laura's apartment is extremely functional and clean, nothing is missing. The bed is super comfortable. We felt right at home. The center is very close and parking at the stadium we arrived in the center in 10 minutes. I highly recommend it for those who want to visit the city and in the meantime stay comfortable and relax. Laura was always kind and helpful, her advice was very useful. Highly recommended.

This is our second time staying at this apartment, it is as good as we expected. The apartment is located in a great location, 5 minute walk to the train station, walkable to all restaurants and shops It is very spacious, very cleaned, with comfortable bed, it is very quiet in the evening. Communication with Marco & Dori as well as Alessandro are very easy, they are super friendly and very accommodating hosts. We had a very pleasant stay with Adam. Everything was taken care of by the host to the last detail. It is a beautiful house with nicely decorated, comfortable rooms. This is where truly Tuscan elements come back. In the morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast outside in the garden! In any case, we found a wonderful address for when we go back to Tuscany 👌🏼

I would recommned this property. Maria was amazing with us. As soon as we arrived, she kindly picked us up at La Spezia station. She took the time to explain the various public transportation we could use during our stay. We were very well hosted in her home. The photos are true to reality. Private bathroom, which is very rare to find in Italy! The room was all cute, with access to the pool and great breakfast! We thank Maria for a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Anna's house was wonderful… the house corresponds exactly to what is described. Anna makes you feel at home, takes care of you, is an extremely pleasant and welcoming person. She gave us very useful tips on the place and the best local restaurants. The house is uniquely furnished, the interiors are refined and every detail is absolutely not left to chance. What can I say about the breakfast, very good with excellent local products and a lit fireplace to make the atmosphere unique. First of all for cleanliness, which I'm never satisfied with, but in your place you can't joke! I immediately felt at home for the atmosphere, the room that was beautiful, the light, the surroundings, breakfast, the vintage bikes available for guests, chats and good humor! Really super helpful, generous and kind. Great tips for food and the sea, among other things. I really have no words to describe everything, except that the hospitality of Massimiliano and Alessandra makes me think that there are people who are best suited to do this work and people who are not. We loved our stay here in Pitelli! Eleonora was a wonderful host and was super helpful in sharing things to do in the area, and was also very responsive throughout our stay, even helping us get a taxi late one evening after some changes to our plans. The room and town are lovely and worth a visit; the surrounding areas of Lerici, San Terenzo, and Tellaro are nearby, beautiful, and worth exploring. Visiting other towns is possible without a car (although a car would make it much easier) - there are free buses (although outside of the summer months, they don't run in the evening), and walking is possible. However, if you do walk, it is very hilly, and you should expect a workout and some walking along the road. Thanks!
