Delightful chalet overlooking Strathtay

We look forward to sharing our lovely chalet with you. If the weather is fine you will wake up to fabulous views across the valley. There are several good walks right from the chalet, and once down the track the possibilities for walks or spectacular places to visit are endless. The dirt track is about 2 miles (3kms) long, and all uphill. All types of family car can make the drive with care. Not suitable for motorbikes or EV's. Due to the chalet being timber construction BBQ's are not allowed.

East Wemyss. you have full use of maintained hot tub and healing infrared sauna in private land!. cabin has one small double sofa bed, One single bunk and one full double bed. there is a window very close to sleeping area which serves as good ventilation if required. Theres a good strong shower in shower room in cabin. hot and cold running water. washing machine is inside sauna room next door to cabin. The SMALL double can sleep 2 making it possible for 5 sleeping , BUT I say 4 comfortably!

Mossview house annexe.

The annexe which is self contained is fully fitted out for four guests.It has a modern interior and is a new building (3yrs old). We live in a small pretty village with historical roots going back to Robert the Bruce.We are very central and 20 minutes from motorway taking you to Edinburgh (45mins).Perth (30mins) St Andrews(40mins).A great local hotel within 150 mts.Keen walkers can walk up the local Lomond hills and get wonderful views over Loch Leven.The gliding centre is 500 mts.Lots to do.

We live next to a path which takes you north to the Ochils or south to the beautiful Gartmore Water: perfect if you are a walker or a cyclist. We are 40 minutes from Edinburgh airport, 25 minutes from Gleneagles Hotel, 20 minutes from Stirling and an hour from the centre of both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Lesley was kind and helpful every time she contacted me and gave easy to follow guidance and advice. Cabin was pristine and was perfectly equipped for what I needed. thought it might be cold as was snowing when I arrive but the cabin had a great heater and kept the heat in really well never felt the cold. Would recommend this listing to anyone!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would, honestly we both loved this experience !! Both hosts were lovely and very accommodating. The house has a very artistic vibe with quirky and antique type of furniture and decorated perfectly in my opinion. Our room was the same both bathroom and bedroom was immaculate. Dinner was absolutely outstanding the quality of the food was 10 out of 10. The way it was cooked and served was better than most restaurants I have been to. 100% will return again this place is amazing 👌❤️.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable, it was warm and welcoming and everything worked well. The lounge is a great size and 2 ensuite bathrooms are very convenient. Layout is quirky and worked well for us, especially with dogs...they enjoyed the stairs and the kitchen was a good size to keep them in when they were a bit wet! Falkland is a beautiful historical town with a lot of charm and the house is situated centrally .There is a handy local shop and choice of eateries is good. Thoroughly recommend staying here, perfect for a larger group.
