Loved our two nights at Sarah’s place. Lovely breakfast served in the dining room. Very comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Plenty of dining options within a couple miles. Everything about our stay was perfect.

The house is not super easy to reach, but it's an extremely peaceful location, very quiet and with beautiful surroundings.

Jane was such a genuinely kind person, she was extremely helpful when we first arrived and showed us how to work the hot tub and sauna, the cabin was beautiful and clean and the kitchen had everything one could need. Jane was extremely responsive as well. place was amazing absolutely worth every penny! x

The lodge is beautiful, modern and cozy. We felt very comfortable and were able to relax well. We didn't miss anything. The amenities are even better than indicated and for four people (two couples) it was perfectly suitable with two double beds. In advance, I received good tips for restaurants and things to do in the area and the directions were also very helpful! Isabelle and Andrew were quick to reach with questions and very friendly. Check-in was easy. The view from the lodge is very nice. You have a great view over the valley and by car you can quickly start from there in different directions to make excursions. All rooms, bathroom and kitchen were in perfect condition and very clean. The fireplace was a special highlight for cozy evenings. I highly recommend the accommodation and would book the lodge again at any time for a stay in the region! Thank you for the wonderful time!

Directions were spot on, check-in was super easy. The hosts were superb, friendly and always at the end of the phone if not at home, nothing was too much trouble, and the property was exactly like the photos. Perfect location, modern and everything we needed was there in a very peaceful area and close to local amenities. Lots of treats & drinks left for us to enjoy. We will definitely be back!!!

We absolutely loved our short stay in this cute wee bothy, which is like a luxury cabin above Andrea and Gregor’s garage. It’s incredibly quiet and private despite being very close to their house. There’s even some decking to enjoy the Scottish sunshine!. It’s beautifully fitted out, really comfortable, cosy and warm. We stayed one night to break up a long journey south after our NC500 trip, but hung around the area the next morning to visit the Wallace Monument, a 2 minute car ride up the hill. Would happily have stayed longer to visit the area’s other attractions if we could. Thoroughly recommended.

Words can't describe the beautiful location, lovely home, all the extra thoughtful things, like bread, butter, milk and cookies! Patty was amazing, the entire family was so nice. Truly one of our favorite stays while visiting Scotland! Highly recommend!

Very special place. The drive up is slightly challenging but very much worth it. We had a great time hiking up the surrounding hills, and waking up with a view over the lake and the farm!
