We really enjoyed our stay, meeting the family, working sheepdogs and family pets. We were told where and when the best time to view the wild beavers, in the river at the end of their drive, and we were delighted to see several swimming there.

Comfortable, clean, convenient for shops & local beautiful surrounding countryside. Some good cycling on quiet roads.

We had another highly enjoyable weekend at Swallows Nest, our 2nd short stay at this very peaceful and comfortable property. A home from home, in very beautiful and special surroundings. Already arranging our 3rd visit … :) Highly recommend for a family or couple. Thank you both!

Hannah’s place is gorgeous. Very small kitchen, but well laid out and manageable, adequately stocked for our needs Hannah’s description and instructions are clear A lovely touch, a welcome basket of teas, coffee, milk and shortbread. Also shower gel in the bathroom

Accommodation as described. We loved our stay.

We stayed at this accommodation for a wedding There was 6 adults and a nearly 3 year old. The accommodation was perfect, we were in contact before about parking and local recommendations which they kindly provided. The apartment had everything you could need and a well equipped kitchen. All the beds were really comfy and the front/sitting room was spacious. Great people watching spot out of the kitchen and front room window! Couldn’t fault the accommodation and hosts.

We LOVED our stay here!!! It is so beautiful and peaceful and the perfect place to experience a bit of the Scottish Highlands. Our host, Sam, was super helpful and we had a great experience all around. We’d love to be back again!

The Shiel House was an absolutely stunning and massive property. We visited as a large group of 8 on a golf trip, and this was the perfect Airbnb. It was beyond spacious, with all the amenities a large group would need for a week long stay. The location was great for us with popular golfing destinations like St Andrews and Gleneagles within driving distance, as well as a litany of local courses. We also were within driving distance of Edinburgh with plenty of fine dining options. Tim was a very gracious and helpful host who provided clear instructions on locating the property, as well as a fun treasure hunt that takes you around the property and to local spots. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the property and the host!!

James' place was spacious, clean and well set out. Very close to a pretty walk along the river. Great location for getting to Scone, Perth, Dunkeld etc. We had some great walks and bike rides. Our dog enjoyed lying by the french door with the sun beaming in. Would certainly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Maggie and Micheal and our stay at Ashtrees Cottage. It was absolutely magical. The cottage was the perfect home away from home with everything we needed to make nice meals, do a little laundry and relax at the end of a day of sightseeing. It’s a great location being just under an hour from both Edinburgh and Stirling and even closer to some really cute small towns like Falkland. Maggie gave us some excellent recommendations and we even ended up adjusting our itinerary a bit to squeeze her suggestions in and I’m so glad we did! The cottage over looks a beautiful Loch with a castle in the middle (Mary Queen of Scots was a prisoner in the castle for a time) and the view is unreal. It truly is magical. I will recommend this cottage to everyone and even hope to come back myself one day! Book it! Thanks Maggie and Micheal!! Cheers!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay! The house was absolutely perfect, peaceful, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had such a relaxing time, and the surroundings were so serene. As expected in Scotland, the midges were definitely about, but our lovely host Angela recommended using Smidge, and it worked a treat! Angela was brilliant throughout, so helpful, responsive, and accommodating to all our needs and questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or place to stay. 100% recommend and would love to return!

We had a great time at Maida’s place. It is in a lovely location with nice walks and cycles from the door. There was a lovely big garden for our toddler to roam around in and there was plenty of room in the house for the 5 of us. The kitchen was well equipped and there was everything you needed for a great stay.

Our week at The Stables is one of the best holidays we've ever had. Laura and Ronnie we're so welcoming and the accommodation is idyllic. It was such a relaxing week in a stunning area. There were plenty of walks to do with our boys (dogs) and resident Bertie made them feel right at home. We're still missing Bertie now!! I think I asked Ronnie for local recommendations everyday and he was always so happy to help. We'd highly recommend Nick Nairn's for a meal and takeaway pizza! The Stables was impeccably clean, perfectly equipped for our stay and an all round great spot. We'll definitely be visiting again.

Shirley is an attentive host and was very responsive to any questions. The house was beautifully kept and spacious. Highly, highly recommend!

This is a very beautiful and spotless place. It has all the things one needs for a peaceful stay. The little backyard outside is also very pretty. All in all it’s a very good place for the price paid.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ross and Eva’s place. We were visiting family locally and it was the perfect base for us. Great location, just a short walk into town or across to the North Inch for a walk by or run. The flat was really warm and cosy. Great fully equipped kitchen with plenty amenities. Both Ross and Eva were super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The flat was clean, comfortable and quiet, and centrally located. The host was easy to communicate with, and we appreciated his flexibility for an early check-in. We would stay there again. Thank you, Willie!

Lovely little flat, looks exactly like the pictures as advertised. Gorgeous decor and beds extremely comfy. Hot tub was an added bonus and was all set up for our arrival. The host also let us check in a little earlier and didn’t charge for this which was really appreciated. Would definitely use this Airbnb again. Highly recommend.

The condo was just as described, good location for getting around Stirling. Extremely clean with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Excellent communication with Anna and James who came to let us in to the unit. Only complaint would be that it was a little too warm in the apartment at night. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a lovely stay in Cupar thanks to Emma! She was excellent at communicating, providing us with recommendations of where to eat before we arrived. The apartment was beautiful and well kept, with very comfy beds! We had a fantastic week.

The flat was lovely, clean, and comfortable. It had all the amenities you could possibly want/need for any length of stay. I particularly appreciated all of the kitchen cookware and utensils. Shirley, the host, was so kind and very responsive. She provided really great instructions so I never had any questions. Overall, a very comfortable and worthwhile stay, and great value for money.
