Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Perryville

Gave all 5’s because it’s a great place to rent and sleep for someone taking the train or needing something less…concerning…than other nearby rentals. Window unit AC’s so be aware of that if such a thing affects your sleep (not a problem, just a personal flaw of MINE). Location isn’t next door to anything cool, but it’s Carbondale so that’s a good thing. It’s quiet and people aren’t drunkenly stumbling past your door.

For the price, we felt this was a clean and perfect place for us, close to SIU. We were visiting our son for the weekend. The walls are quite thin, so noises from the other two units were not buffered at all, but it wasn't really a problem for us. Travis was very responsive to our questions and needs. A/C and heat are controlled remotely, which wasn't explained ahead of time, but he gave us access, so that worked out great. We would stay here again if we visit SIU again.

Michael's place in Cape G is a perfect place to stay while you visit. It's a block from the main drag with plenty of food and bars (check out the record lounge around the corner). There's a garage space, and the balcony on the top floor has views of the Mississippi. The apartment is clean and comfortable, it would be a good medium or long term stay if desired. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom are modern. We'd stay again if visiting.

We loved our stay! It’s in a perfect location If you want to hang out downtown! We walked to hot shots to meet friends and it was very enjoyable!

Jared’s place was really nice and spacious. My co workers and I really enjoyed this place. I highly recommend.

Grace’s place is clean, elegant, thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. The old exposed brick exudes warmth. I would stay here again — and I plan to.

This was a great place to stay within walking distance to downtown Cape. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was a spacious apartment. The host had great communication and responded quickly to questions.

This was such a nice Airbnb! I chose it for a bachelorette getaway and the hot tub was great. It was roomy and comfy. I just wished we had more time here.

We were very comfortable in the home, and I was impressed how spotless the home was from top to bottom. Many activities were canceled due to rain and we still enjoyed the trip. We played the board games and cooked as a family in the roomy kitchen. The goat was very friendly. I would book again when we come back to the area. The hot tub was fantastic!

Rebecca was a great host! This is an amazing place to stay. It is centrally located in Southern Illinois to all the great hikes. Bell smith springs, garden of gods, trail of tears, crab orchard, fernye cliff, and giant city park. Neighborhood is quiet and the wildlife is abundant to watch in the backyard. Couches and beds were all comfortable. Within 10 minutes of a local gym to exercise if you need. I will say this is a very “nice” Airbnb, not a cookie cutter set up with cheapest things you can find at IKEA. I recommend to book this place, especially long term stays!

Jackie was a wonderful host. We didn’t stay at this exact location but we stayed in the 1845 Mansion. I’m writing this review under this place because when we first booked Jackie had to let us know she needed to move us over to the bigger house due to some unforeseen circumstances with this location. The 1845 Mansion looked like a house out of a Hallmark movie. She had the tables beautifully set for our family Christmas party and treats set out for the kids and adults. She didn’t even forget about fur babies, Jackie had toys and treats sitting out for them as well. I highly recommend any of Jackie’s locations for your family gatherings.

How can I say how amazing this place was ! Not only could we check in early she kept me posted the whole way and I appreciated that so much! Everything you need is here the front porch and a warm cup of coffee might have been my favorite if I didn't love the history of the house so much !! I am already thinking about booking our next stay ! It's so clean too!!

We were extremely pleased with the house. The 2 boys had very nice rooms, they liked them! Our room was also very nice. It was a quiet neighborhood unlike many other places. Being a separate house there were no close neighbors to hear, especially in the late evening. It was a safe area to go for walks. We were very pleased with everything.

This place is adorable! The instructions were very clear, getting in was a breeze, and I felt right at home. Very nice shower! We thought the kitchen decor was reminiscent of a 50s diner. It was great vibes. David was a very friendly host. The house was clean. Overall better than any hotel I could've possibly booked. Would be a great place to bring kids and/or a dog because of that beautiful yard as well. I especially loved the counter space in the bathroom. Made it very easy to do my hair and makeup!

Our son is a student at SIU. We came to Carbondale to spend Easter with him. The house was perfect. A huge couch to gather and spend time together, a fully stocked kitchen so we could cook a full Easter dinner, well furnished bedrooms, plenty of towels, even access to a washed/dryer. It rained so we didn’t get to use the fire pit in the backyard, but it was all ready for us. Would definitely stay here again.
