Our stay at Robin's Nest was absolutely wonderful! The cabin is well decorated and has a cozy mountain feel to it. The view is incredible; words cannot describe how breathtaking the view is. There is plenty of outside, comfortable furniture to sit on the back deck and enjoy the view. There are two rockers on the front porch which were perfect to enjoy morning coffee. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of extra blankets if needed. The linens in the bathrooms were fresh and clean and were plentiful for our family of five. We only left the cabin once in our three day stay because we had everything we needed. The fenced backyard was large enough for snow play! We even enjoyed the hammock in the winter! The kitchen is large and well equipped; we made all of our meals with ease. The host provided a welcome basket with waters, snacks, local maps, and a bottle of wine. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Big Bear!

This place was a true gem! We had a place booked prior to finding this, the area had an outage and Eydee’s place had a generator, which was a god send, considering we had a 5 month old and a toddler with us! We were impressed with her place, so cute and clean. Best part, Eydee is an amazing host, super responsive and helpful! There wasn’t any propane left and she had a tank dropped off for us. We appreciated that a lot. We will definitely keep her place highlighted for another trip in the future!

Holly is an excellent host. She is very helpful and accommodating. The cabin is in a great location, cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The kids loved to play in the snow around the house and with the board games provided. We will definitely plan on staying here again!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at Melissa’s place. The rooms were warm and cozy, while the kitchen and living areas were spacious and well-equipped. All the plates, utensils, and cookware were perfect for just two couples. Melissa herself was fantastic—always responsive and helpful with the accommodations. Before booking, I had asked about the availability of the hot tub (note that it’s only available April to October), and she mentioned that, weather permitting, it would be ready for use in early March. Unfortunately, due to a storm the week before, it was completely covered in snow when we arrived. It couldn’t be helped, as the hot tub is outdoors, but Melissa was communicative and accommodating throughout. For future guests, if you’re visiting outside usual hot tub season, I’d recommend reaching out to Melissa at least a week in advance. As long as the weather is good, I’m sure she’s more than happy to make arrangements. Still had a great time and felt right at home!

It was cozy, and perfect for the 3 of us. It had some vintage feel to it with the refrigerator which was working perfectly with ice and keeping everything cool. Along with the stove which made cooking our meals super fast and easy. Had all that was mentioned in the description. Perfect quiet location, easy to find. Would definitely recommend to everyone and would book again in the future

We had an amazing stay at Linda and Mike’s place! The house was exactly as described in the listing, and all the rooms were spotless. My family and I had a blast, and our kids loved it so much that they’re already asking for us to book the same place next time we visit. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful with no cars driving by since it’s on a dead-end street. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience!
