We had a great stay at this little jewel. It was just what we needed. Spent each morning by the pool Overlooking the ocean in complete privacy. Del was very responsive and helpful and made us feel right at home. Grill made it easy for cooking steaks by the pool and we could not have been more pleased. Thanks again, Del!

We had an incredible one week stay! The villa was comfortable and clean and the view was priceless. We spent our mornings doing yoga on the deck and bird watching. We saw a lot of wildlife from the deck including toucans, iguanas and monkeys. We visited the local waterfall which was refreshing and also used this villa as a launch point for Nauyaca falls, Manuel Antonio park and surfing at Dominicalito. A perfect place to stay for our Costa Rica adventure. Pura Vida!

Staying at Katia’s place in Uvita was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm hospitality and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. The property itself is a gem—spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. The view is simply breathtaking, with lush greenery and stunning landscapes that make you feel completely immersed in nature. Waking up to that view every morning was a highlight of our trip. Katia’s hospitality truly sets this place apart. She is kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about her guests' experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in Uvita with an amazing host, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

It is a spectacular property with an incredible view and a very beautiful house. It has everything you need and they provide even more than you would expect in an Airbnb. The house is fully air-conditioned and has a very nice and large pool. It is perfect to spend time with family and friends. Remember to bring everything you need for your stay: food, water, soft drinks, etc. Since the center is not exactly so close to the property and it can be inconvenient to go out, so that your stay is as comfortable as possible and you can enjoy it to the fullest. I only find 3 points to consider before renting 1- Access to the property must be exclusively for a 4x4 vehicle 2- Using the pool at night can bother the neighbors since it is a very quiet area and this makes an echo even when it is conversation and diving in the pool 3- If your intention is to go for the summer and enjoy the nightlife in Dominicalito, I think it is not the place to visit as it is a very boring town

We loved the property, the house is very comfortable, it is very tidy and clean, and it also had everything you need to feel at home. It's pet friendly, very safe for my little dogs It has a very nice pool And a great location. Ignacio the host, very kind and attentive. I recommend it 100%. Of course we'll be back Super recommended

We had a wonderful time in Ojochal at Isabelle's house. It was a lovely cozy house! Just perfect for all of us! I would definitely stay there again.

Pascal & Virginie’s home was simply amazing and they are phenomenal host. The house and location are better then the pictures which is almost hard to believe. The property is extremely private and had a magical sense to it. You can come here and never leave its that amazing. The amenities are plentiful with a community pool/common area, kids zip line/tree house/play area, and private hiking trail that leads to a beautiful waterfall. This property is perfect for romantic getaways and family gatherings. Pascal & Virginie are amazing host and make you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. They have a lot of local knowledge and are easily available if needed. If available have them make you breakfast…. An incredible experience. The road to the property is a well maintained uphill dirt road. Signage and directions are very clear but 4x4 is definitely required. Dont let this dissuade you from the property. The magic of this property starts at the “Jurasic Park” like front gate.

Absolutely beautiful place. Paradise Pictures don’t do it justice. Sitting on the patio having coffee every morning listening to the sounds of the rainforest is a truly incredible experience. Everything you need is here. There’s a small marketplace and 2 spectacular restaurants about 500meters up the hill. You can walk to them but you better be in great shape. I would recommend driving. Also highly recommend 4 wheel drive vehicle.

This place is amazing. The views are spectacular! Jorge showed us around as soon as we arrived and was very informative. We saw Toucans from the pool area and heard the Howling Monkeys early in the morning. You will need a 4x4 to get up to the house, the road can difficult if it's raining. The bedrooms have A/C, but the main area with the kitchen does not. Because of this you will need to open the doors completely and this does cause bugs to be attracted to the lights in the house especially at night. It would have been nice to be able to close the screen to prevent spiders and flying bugs inside the house, but it was locked. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and a washer and dryer if needed. The pool was too cold for us to get into, but that would have been an amazing experience as well. Just FYI, they have cameras around the entire outside. Front and back, so when you are outside enjoying the views they will have access to the area.

Beautiful home. One of the nicest I have stayed in. Pool is spectacular! The View is incredible. Staff is top notch. My recommendation for grocery would be BM in Dominical. Restaurants at the Marina in Quepos. And Restaurants in Ojchal. Please Note if you want to go to the Manual Antonio park you need to make online reservations. We found out the hard way and was not able to go see it plus it is also closed on Tuesdays. I would highly recommend this home.

This home is absolutely magical! Perched atop a mountain, it offers sweeping panoramic views of the ocean and the iconic Whale’s Tail beach—truly one of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever seen. Surrounded by treetops, we were treated to daily visits from howler monkeys, toucans, and other vibrant bird species, making the experience feel like a luxury treehouse retreat. The house itself is beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The negative edge pool is a showstopper—floating there while taking in the endless ocean view was unforgettable. What truly sets this property apart is the host. Incredibly helpful and attentive, he provided concierge-level service, arranging our transportation to and from the airport, a rental car delivered right to the house, and even a private chef who cooked us some amazing meals. We could not have asked for more a better experience.

Puruvita property is better described as a small hotel, it has a few buildings with a bunch of rooms all uniquely setup. It was easy to check-in, get settled and all amenities met our expectations. The large kitchen and the ability to spread out was very useful for our large group. Will definitely be checking availability in the future if we make another visit to Uvita with a group.

So the location of the house was not correct in the itinerary that was sent to us as part of our confirmation email, but this didn't matter in the end because we arranged to meet Henry in town and he drove us up to the property. I don't think we would have found it otherwise. But, Costa's place is high up above Uvita, on the hills, with an amazing view. You would probably need a 4x4 car to get there. It is totally private and all the facilities are as per the amazing photographs. The house is vast, with a really clean perfect sized pool. The outside space is well furnished, with outside fans which make it a really pleasant experience to watch the sun go down behind the hills. It is quite a distance from town up the road to the property and so I would recommend doing a food shop before you go up to the house. There are restaurants in town, but once at the house, we just didn't want to leave! We loved our stay and would definitely go back.

What a special place! The home is exactly as pictured; and was clean and spacious. Sitting on the deck watching the wildlife everyday was a nature lovers dream. (we even saw Toucans and Parrots!) Rocky was very responsive, gave lots of recommendations and was proactive to make sure we had everything we needed. He provided clear and easy instructions for checking in and finding the home. Glad we stayed here as it was a prefect location for visiting both Uvita and Manuel Antonio. Don’t hesitate to stay here, you won’t regret it.

Amazing place, beautiful views and surrounded by nature was a peaceful place we made sure we spent time to enjoy. Really detailed check in information and recommendations with responsive hosts, we had a power cut due to the rain but luckily the bbq is gas so we’re still able to cook It states to bring a 4x4 but would also suggest being an experienced driver

This was a truly extraordinary stay. Beautiful in every way. We had an entire birding expedition from the patio and pool in the morning. The waterfall, fire pit, pool, outdoor seating, and hot tub were all wonderful additions to make it even more special. Carolina was incredibly helpful and responsive and hospitable, so gracious and welcoming. We can't wait to make it a point of staying here again when we come back to Costa Rica.
