We loved the place. Everything was as described. Very clean and organized. We had no issues checking in. The guards were very nice and friendly so we felt very safe. We had an issue with one of the sinks and Iliana took care of it within 20 mimutes. We appreciated her fast response. We were confortable at all times just like home.

Breathtaking sunsets, incredible views from this elevation such that you are often looking down at the birds flying or at their level and the fog/clouds are sometimes below you. Watching the sunset while swimming in the pool or sitting on our patio were special features of this place. The sounds of monkeys, birds and cicadas chirping totally enhanced this peaceful piece of paradise.

Andrey was a great host and place manager. He addressed all my concerns, the place was beautiful, clean and peaceful, just what I needed after a lengthy period in Mexico City.

We loved Steve's place. The highlight is the large pool, but the apartment furnishings are also well done. With the high outside temperatures, we were particularly pleased with the air conditioning. Due to the proximity of the property to the national park you can visit it on foot, in the neighborhood there are some good restaurants. Steve is very accommodating, friendly and easy to communicate with. He provided us with many tips and our well-being was very important to him. We would book his place again at any time if we were to come to Uvita.

Excellent stay! This place is really spectacular: comfortable, clean, with an unbeatable location and a pool that is a luxury. In addition, the host's attention was very friendly and efficient. We had a small problem, but they handled and resolved it impeccably. Definitely a highly recommended place!

Fantastic stay! The pictures don’t do it justice. The pool, the interior, the views, and the vibe are all better than I expected. Joe is extremely friendly and responsive. I even requested to boost the internet speed as I run a remote business. Joe happily accepted, and the internet speed nearly doubled. It’s been one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Come check this place out already.

Beautiful place, clean, beautiful views, the sunset can be seen from the pool and it's close to Dominical Preferably high clearance cars or 4x4s for the entrance

Beautiful spot 10min from Dominical up the mountain. The view was spectacular every day. We loved watching Toucans right outside of our condo and hearing the howler monkeys. We enjoyed the patio so much, especially during those magical sunsets. The pool is a very nice additional amenity. Simply said; peaceful and beautiful place … small piece of paradise.

Great communication with Joe and his caretaker Yony, who is available and very helpful. It is an excellent rental choice for someone who wants to work and enjoy at the same time. Upon arrival, the fridge made a loud sound, and when asked, Joe immediately suggested I switch to another unit until he could fix the issue, which was perfect. During my one-month stay, I had a noise issue (a neighbor in a house nearby who was listening to loud music for one day), but Joe and Yony solved the problem immediately. I asked Yony several times about things, and he always helped me. Knowing Costa Rica for years, I value this quality of service and responsiveness much more than a better price or more amenities. This is why I highly recommend this rent, especially if you want to stay more than 1 or 2 nights.

I have a rayes with Julio like 5 times and it’s the best place to stay in Pérez zeledon!! I will keep going there

I wasn't aware that the kitchen is shared but it was great! The hosts are really responsive and supportive and didn't have any troubles.

Everything is very good and it's like in the photos and the atmosphere is also nice since there is a collision of cultures and you can get along well

In the complex there are four very well-equipped residential units that are very close to each other and all have outdoor kitchens. Our place was very clean, also the outdoor area was very well maintained (in front of the units + pool). You should be aware that - especially when the adjacent times are also occupied - it can be a little livelier. About the host: Gerardo is extremely nice, helpful and available at any time. If something was needed, he was always available within a very short time with a response or a solution. In addition, you can organize excursions directly with him. We recommend the place.

Big cabañas with AC, a pool and a shared kitchen which is great for communication and social contacts. Very nice hosts and family. Having a car is a plus due to the long road to the beach/supermarkt, but they rent bikes for a fair price, too.

Very clean, secure and the aircon was amazing! We loved relaxing by the pool but we were close enough to walk to the national park and beach! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Very nice place to stay, chicly decorated. Unfortunately, there was hair in the bathroom. Upon request from the landlady, an apology was made and the cleaning fee was canceled, everything was good. The room divider between the bed and the kitchen should be completely dusted again.

This is my second time staying at Joe's place and again I had a great time . There was everything I needed inside . Perfect place to unwind and relax . I am hoping to come back again soon !
