Vacation rentals with a patio in Pérez Zeledón

Loved our time there! We loved being surrounded by the nature and the animals such as chickens cows. We even saw a couple of monkeys swinging from palm tree to palm tree right outside our window. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to be used. We loved having a breakfast made by the hosts mom (it was delicious). The only thing was that there wasn’t any soap, but we had our own so no problem. Very central to quepos, jaco, dominical and uvita. Very near gorgeous beaches!

I couldn’t be happier with this Airbnb!! My husband and I booked Brian & Karla’s Casita for a week to enjoy our honeymoon. I wish we’d booked it even longer. This place has a way of making you feel completely unplugged from society, all the while being as modern as it gets. Pictures don’t do it justice! The wrap around balcony was perfect for evening sunsets, and the inside of the Casita was a perfect place to relax after adventuring Costa Rica. The Casita is a short drive down the mountain to Dominical, which has tons of local restaurants - Brian’s recommendations were spot on! You are also super close to Nuayaca Waterfalls, Uvita, and Manuel Antonio! Brian is an amazing host and quickly responded whenever we had questions. Him and his wife even made us dinner one night. We highly recommend this airbnb and we would book at Brian’s 1000x over! Pura Vida

Fue un excelente hospedaje. La canina estaba impecable al llegar y siempre que necesitamos contactarlos estaban atentos a ayudarnos. El lugar aparte de estar muy bien cuidado y rodeado de maravillosa naturaleza, cuenta inclusive con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, teniendo aún la delicadeza de poner a disposición diversos aceites o sazonadores para cocinar. Las camas estaban impecables, el baño igual, con los paños a disposición doblados de una manera muy elegante y la ducha contaba con champú y acondicionador. Asimismo tienen un “brochure” en inglés y español sobre lo que se puede disfrutar en la zona, ofreciendo su ayuda de ser necesario! Al igual que cuentan sobre los diferentes restaurantes que hay cerca y cuentan con una opción en la cual los huéspedes pueden pedir brunch para entrega en el lugar de un restaurante local. En síntesis, fue una excelente experiencia que todos disfrutamos y 100% sus instalaciones son PetFriendly!

Un lugar muy tranquilo, cerca de las playas, la habitación muy cuidada y limpia. También la atención de la anfitriona fue excelente, nos atendió muy bien. Definitivamente volveríamos.

Don Keneth una persona muy cordial en su trato, muy accesible y compresivo en cuanto a la flexibilidad del ingreso y salida de sus instalaciones, lo que facilita mucho la independencia cuando se anda de gira. Las instalaciones impecables, amé que tuvieran azúcar en bolsitas por temas inocuidad, la mini refri y el microondas, soy intolerante al gluten y debo de llevar mi propia comida a todas partes, sus instalaciones e implementos hicieron todo más fácil para mi. ¡Gracias!

Such a perfect little spot for us on our way to San Jose. Loved the convenient location and ease of getting in and out. The house is super thoughtful and well designed with lots of light, nice kitchen and bath and a beautiful green space out back. Very peaceful at night and it felt very secure with the car behind a big gate. We will be back. Thank you! Recommended!

Wir waren ein paar Tage bei Carlos in der Unterkunft und haben den Ausblick und das Ambiente sehr genossen. Wir haben uns sogar zu dem privaten Wasserfall getraut, der wirklich sehr schön ist. Carlos hat uns viele Tipps und Infos gegeben und war super freundlich. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Man darf nicht vergessen, dass es ein offenes Haus ist, mitten in der Natur, sodass der Wohnbereich eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit hat (zumindest in der Regenzeit).

Amazing place to stay, beautiful view, management was friendly and answered fast, very cozy, close to restaurants/beaches/activities and everything clean! I will 100% come here again and i highly recommend! Thanks again for this fantastic stay

Amazing house, pool, and location - close to everything in Uvita, yet secluded. The pictures of the view from the deck and pool don't do it justice. The house was very clean, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this home to others.

Amazing location and beautiful home with views. The views of ocean and grilling on back porch with sunset was amazing. Perfect place for a family getaway and perfect location near beach. Amazing host and great communication.

This house is incredible! It’s more than what is portrayed in the pictures and in a beautiful serene location. Relaxing drive to the beaches and Antonio Manuel for day trips into the rainforest with places to stop off along the way and grab a bite to eat and shop. The house itself is gorgeous and very tastefully done, spacious with all the amenities you could ask for. Marta is available to cook meals for a fee with an amazing menu selection, we went with breakfasts and dinners to be able to venture out during the day. She will also make a different organic fruit juice daily with breakfast (and they are so delicious!) The property is secluded and wonderful laid out with 2 trails into the forest easily accessible. Plunge pool can be heated and great for relaxing at the end of the day/night. A couple of grocery stores nearby to grab anything you need as well. The hosts are VERY communicative and thorough along with Alejandro the property manager. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place!

I have had the pleasure of staying at Eric’s house a good number of times and I have always experienced a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I only stayed one night this time but could have spent many more nights here. A very nice place close to everything! This place is inpecably clean and fresh- the apartment as well as area. Comfy beds! The staff was highly communicative before arrival and very welcoming. I appreciated being able to keep my luggage stored after check out. Again: highly service minded staff. Lovely! In der Anlage gibt es vier sehr gut ausgestattete Wohneinheiten, die sehr nah aneinander angrenzen und alle haben Außenküchen. Unsere Unterkunft war sehr sauber, auch der Außenbereich war sehr gut gepflegt (vor den Wohneinheiten + Pool). Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass - gerade wenn die angrenzenden Einzeiten auch belegt sind - es etwas lebhafter sein kann. Zum Gastgeber: Gerardo ist ausgesprochen nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wenn etwas benötigt wurde, war er immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit mit einer Antwort beziehungsweise einer Lösung zur Stelle. Darüber hinaus kann man direkt bei ihm Ausflüge organisieren. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

I came for a yoga and meditation retreat. This was the perfect 1 bedroom home to base myself, kitchen to cook each day, nice hill to go for morning walking and hikes, large lounge and balcony to practice my morning yoga. Good internet to do my work at the computer. Good air conditioning to keep cool when in the house. Lizzet was always responsive and helpful. High recommend.

Beautiful spot 10min from Dominical up the mountain. The view was spectacular every day. We loved watching Toucans right outside of our condo and hearing the howler monkeys. We enjoyed the patio so much, especially during those magical sunsets. The pool is a very nice additional amenity. Simply said; peaceful and beautiful place … small piece of paradise.

Wir waren für fünf Tage im Appartement und haben es genossen. Es war alles wie beschrieben und wir konnten zwischendurch auch den kleinen Pool benutzen. Carles ist ein aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Für Langzeitreisende ist dies ein guter Ort für Zwischendurch, da man sich mit der guten Ausstattung der Küche (sogar ein Mixer für Smoothies) sehr gut selbstverpflegen kann für zwei Personen. Die Gegend um das Appartment ist ruhig und mit der angenehmen Klimaanlage bzw. Ventilator schläft man sehr gut. Long story short: Absolut empfehlenswert, wer Uvita bzw. dem Nationalpark Marino Ballena einen Besuch abstatten möchte.

Me gustó mucho el hospedaje, mucha tranquilidad, muchos pájaros, y sonidos de animales que trasmiten paz. Fuimos con un carro 4x2 y estuvo bien por ser verano, si no sabes manejar en calle de lastre si es necesario un 4x4 o en invierno si es necesario. Las vistas son increíbles. .
