Monthly Rentals in Pentney

We hired Ash Tree Barns as a short break for our extended family to celebrate an 80th birthday. It was perfect for our needs with plenty of space for everyone. The property was lovely and clean on our arrival and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time enjoying family catch-up time at the pool table, in the hot tub and in the gym. Even ‘Nanna’ had a go on the exercise bike! Jade was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any of our queries. A great host and a lovely venue. Thank you.

The Gig House was fantastic. Beautifully presented and exactly as described. Situated within beautifully maintained grounds, and just a few seconds stroll to the spa, it was absolutely perfect for our girly getaway! Tan and Hannah’s communication was excellent and they were very helpful. Plus the spa was great, friendly staff, great treatments and lovely outdoor jacuzzi pool with sun loungers to relax and lap up the sunshine. Who could ask for more!

I am really pleased I found this gem of a place to stay whilst searching through AirBnB. I had a few questions before booking and Paul was super helpful and responded very quickly. Checking in was extremely easy, especially as photos were provided so I knew exactly where everything was, what to do, and even exactly where to park. Anne came to check that I was ok and to see if I needed anything, and was super helpful for recommending a place to eat and showing me how to get there. The barn annex was such a lovely place to stay, it is very cosy, welcoming and homely, and I love all of the details and the care and consideration that has been used throughout! I had a wonderful time and would love to stay again, Paul and Anne are very welcoming, friendly, approachable and accommodating - thank you for creating such a lovely place to stay!

Tracey and Paul deserve 5 stars plus for their lovely cottage. We arrived to find the place spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The kitchen had all the essentials from cooking oil to dishwasher tablets. The walk-in shower was supplied with soaps and shower gel, not to mention large fluffy hand and bath towels. Tracey had even provided a shower chair for one of us with mobility issues. Stable cottage is well connected with regular buses to King's Lynn and Norwich - we were able to travel far and wide, using our bus passes. All in all, a most enjoyable and relaxing week with Tracey and Paul always to hand and ready to help. Mike and Judy
