Guesthouse vacation rentals in Pensacola Bay

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

Matthew was very hospitable and kind.communicated well with me upon arrival and departure. We enjoyed our stay and will return to the home as well as the area. We just went to relax and go fishing and to the beach. Plenty to do in the area also.

Larry & Kelly were truly amazing hosts!!! Everything listed on this app was exactly as such in the cottage we rented from them. Kelly greeted us in such a kind manner when we first arrived and was very welcoming. Both hosts were active in messaging us to see if we needed any extra toiletries or paper products and answering any questions we had about where to go while on our stay. The cottage was clean & provided everything we needed with no issues. Larry & Kelly helped make my honeymoon with my husband easier and extremely relaxing. Whenever we come back, it is our hope they will be available to book again! Wonderful home, lots of privacy, great hosts! 10/10 for my first time booking an AirBnB.

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay at the private pool house, it was quiet and peaceful and we get to spend some time together since we’re so busy with our work schedules. The home decor reminds us of being at an actual beach and basking in the sun. K is a very great and friendly host she’s was always there when we needed her and responds as quickly as possible.We would definitely stay here again in the future and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Pensacola.

Stayed at Jana’s place for a long weekend (for a festival) and had a great time! Jana is very friendly and responsive. We were able to use the pier (which was amazing) and the beach is a short walk across the street! Best of both worlds! The place was stocked and clean, with plenty of space (there were 6 of us). I would definitely recommend this bnb!

This cottage was super cute and in a great location for my husband to work. Will definitely book from them again if available while he is working in Alabama.

The space was perfect for our stay. It had a private entrance and even had the blow dryer I needed. It was so close to downtown and everything we needed. The hosts were kind and left us a cute note and small buds of fresh flowers. It was perfect!

This is the nicest neighborhood I’ve ever been in. Everything was perfect. When Pam saw we were bringing our baby she mentioned she could set up multiple things to help out. We checked in pretty late at night and she even stayed to make sure we got there. 100% would recommend to anyone.

We absolutely loved staying at Donna’s place! It was so relaxing to sit on the dock and fish in the afternoon and we loved that we could see the blue angels practice from the balcony! We would definitely come back to stay again!

Dana’s Hummingbird Cottage was the perfect place for us to stay as we attended a wedding in Destin! We absolutely loved the hospitality and care shown through the amenities, plush towels, sweet conversations about our families and home towns, and a kind host who offers to help you unload when you arrive which was a first for us and very thoughtful. :) We walked in to the cozy suite to a wonderful welcoming note and snacks! The place was spotless and had a comforting beach feel. What sold us on the Hummingbird Cottage was the convenient location. It was very close to Pensacola Beach and to several restaurants we loved (it was also super easy to get to downtown Pensacola). We were mesmerized by the quiet neighborhood with large shade trees lining the road and easy access to the highway. Dana and Sue were wonderful hosts and we would be more than happy to stay with them again! 10/10!

We really enjoyed our short stay here. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us. We had everything we needed and more. Great location. Dennis and Lisa were a pleasure to meet. We will return to this great spot.

We enjoyed our stay at the Gregory House! We initially booked it because the listing said they had 2 bicycles, unfortunately after booking I was informed the bicycles had rusted out and were not available. The cottage was clean, updated and nice. The host was responsive to my questions via the app messenger, when one of the beach chairs broke, Jules informed me where to find another one to use, which was great! We stayed a week and went to the beach everyday. Pensacola is really a beautiful gem, we had a great time! The only thing I would suggest would be to have an extra blanket and more than 2 beach towels available. There frame of the bed also sticks out bigger than the bed, we hit our toe on the corner of the bed many times, until we placed a pillow in front of it, and moved the location of the table to have more room. The location of the cottage is excellent, 5 minutes from downtown, Pafalox street and 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks too! TY!

Our stay was absolutely incredible!!! It’s such a peaceful, clean and perfect place to get away for 2. It’s stocked with everything you need and has little extra amenities. I have to agree with the former reviews about Jennifer’s coffee cake - it was divine! We will definitely be back!!

This rental was so much bigger than expected! Homey and inviting… it had everything you can think of accessory wise… Very clean and the air conditioner worked great! It is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood too. Thank you for our wonderful stay …will be back again!!

The condo is beautiful. Everything looks new and well taken care of. The master bed is sooo comfy and the bathroom was wonderful-great shower and wonderful drawer space in the cabinets. Linda was very helpful with any question I had and a great host. I asked if the sofa bed was very comfortable-she mentioned she put a memory foam in the closet for it. I asked if she had a baggo game-and there was one waiting for us beside the stairs when we arrived! It is obvious that she loves the area and wants you to love it too. The only negative is that the kitchen and eating area is very small and we did feel cramped when trying to prepare a meal. So if you like to cook a meal or two when on vacation, just keep that in mind. It felt more like a hotel suite as far as that area was concerned. We loved sitting outside on the deck and in the fire pit area in the evenings. Such a great breeze and very relaxing! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We had a great stay in the pool house! There was a ton of space and the pool was fantastic. John was very responsive to messages leading up to the trip and during our stay. He let us know that the ice maker and water dispenser were not working on the fridge, and provided us with ice and bottled water which was thoughtful and very much appreciated. The location was great. It was easy to get to multiple beaches and downtown Pensacola. I would recommend this spot for anyone vacationing in the Pensacola area!

this was my first time to stay at Meagans place. it was very clean, nice layout, and in a great neighborhood. I felt very safe and relaxed. Meagan even let me know early in the day that I could check in early if I wanted to. She was very proactive with communications and I appreciate that.
