Beachfront vacation rentals in Pensacola Bay

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid Cottage, everything that is posted is accurate to include images. We have been coming to Pensacola Florida for years and usually stayed at the hotels so this was the first experience we had using Airbnb and due to Ella’s hospitality we will continue to use Airbnb when we travel. Ella was very responsive when I had questions. As new empty nesters our 2 dogs are like our children and it was amazing to bring them with us to share this experience. This couldn’t have happened without the opportunity Ella provided us to bring our pets. All in all this was an amazing experience, I would highly recommend the Mermaid Cottage and Ella if you are looking for the opportunity to enjoy Pensacola Beach.

Overall this was one of the best places we’ve stayed at. So much provided you only needed food. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

We had a wonderful time at the beach. The house was great and very close to the beach. The pool was also a great feature.

Thank you for renting us your house for the 10th - 18th. We really enjoyed ourselves. We brought our boat and went to Crab Island, Juana’s, McRee Cove to see the Blue Angels and then to the FloraBama. We cooked crab legs and oysters we got from Joe Patti’s and ate outs with the sunset in the background. We really had the best time. Thank you again.

Lenora was a wonderful host any problems with our stay were caused by us and Lenora was nothing but kind, understanding and helpful in every communication we had. the house is beautiful, clean and in a great location. There were 10 of us there for 4 nights, we never felt crowded and had a wonderful time. We are looking forward to a return trip.

This house was perfect for our college graduation girls trip! The location was beautiful, quiet, and super close to local shops! We also found many things that we needed provided within the house and enjoyed how modern and well taken care of everything was. I definitely recommend!

First impression was great & remained great! The bottom floor was spacious with full kitchen, full bath, comfy furniture, slider that opened to porch overlooking a lake. Beautiful! Upstairs are two full bedrooms with plenty of storage. Beds were comfy w/great linens. The outside storage contains a washer/dryer & beach equipment. Definitely a 10 - the space was a lot better than some small hotel room. Very close to the dog beach, which the dogs enjoyed the beach and lake with ducks/frogs. And just a walk to the public beach. Did have a problem with the door code but the host answered back quickly. However, the issue was resolved. The area was great and felt like not on vacation. We will be rebooking!

We’ve stayed at this house 3 times and we absolutely love it! It’s a beautiful, clean home with plenty of space for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. Our kids love the community pool and walking a short distance to the private community beach and public beach access. We can’t wait to come back to Navarre and stay here again!

Loved the condo and location. Wished we discovered the cart room upon arrival (next to the elevator), but used one to leave.

Was such a beautiful place and beautiful view. It was amazing to be able to run up to the place for lunch and leave stuff on the beach because it was so close being beach front. Definitely recommend! The host Alison had amazing response time and accommodations.

Excellent location, across the road from boardwalk and restaurants. Beautiful space and very tastefully decorated. Great balcony as well. Kichen was well equipped. Had a great time in Pensacola. Would definitely stay at Tim's place again.

It was a great place to stay and a wonderful location. Nice to have Peg Leg Pete’s right across the street as well as a convenience store for other needs. Everything is as described, although I will say it would have been nice to have some coffee filters and salt and pepper. I did buy some coffee filters and left them for the next guests. Otherwise everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

From the very beginning of booking my trip, Tim’s communication with me was spectacular. For my son, my wife and myself this was a perfect condo to spend a week in Navarre. The only complaint I have is I unfortunately had to come home…

I knew I wanted a beachfront condo, & I ended up going with the Lighthouse 802. It was just me & my husband and it turned out to be a great spot for just the 2 of us! The kids' bunkbed room is very small but still worked fine when my husband needed a different bed to snore in. (There is also a sleeper sofa) We loved that there were 2 full bathrooms. The space had everything, was well-decorated, & it was the perfect size. It had a nice large balcony with comfy furniture. We used the TVs to log into our own Hulu account. The beach chairs that were available in the room were so nice. Access to the pool, hot tub, & beach was easy & the boardwalk was really short! Everything felt very secure & we saw security pass through many times. The view was so incredible. I can't believe I got to look at the ocean while laying in bed. It was a dream come true! A perfect fit for me and my husband! Emily was very responsive & kind.

We enjoyed our stay. It was great to be able to walk to the beach. There were some beach toys provided, my kids were really glad about. The kitchen was nice and easy to use.

This place was heaven on earth- each room has glass sliding doors that you can view the ocean from pretty much anywhere at a given moment. Large balcony that we saw dolphins from without even having to walk to the beach. Beach access is a little further down instead of right across, but it wasn’t too long of a walk. There’s a pool, gym, and sauna available for use which we loved. The pool area was very quiet too which we really liked and overlooked the sound side. I’ll try to book here again in the future for all of my Pensacola vacations! Thank you!

The space worked perfectly for my needs. The bathroom is quite small but I am a very small person - so just be aware. I loved the walking path by the water 😍. I was there to visit my daughter at Corry Station. It was 8 min away and also by NAS for when we wanted to pop over there! There were plenty of towels and blankets available. There is a Murphy queen I think. Then the “couch” is actually a day bed with a trundle. I also loved the TV set up. You can log into all your accounts and it automatically logs you off on your check out day!

What a great weekend at this condo! It’s super homey and very clean. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants and just a short drive to all of Pensacola Beach’s amenities. Nicholas was a great host, very attentive & responsive throughout our stay. Will be returning!

What an adorable place. The recent remodel was so tastefully done. This is a perfect place for a weekend or a overnight stay. Enjoyed my coffee by the water.

It’s impossible to not have a great time there! Plenty of options for things to do. You can watch fish, sting rays, crabs, and jellyfish from the pier. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including some kitchen utensils and first aid items we forgot to bring. The beach chairs, beach umbrella, and surf board were a plus. The walk to the beach was even easier than it looked from the pictures!

This was truly a lovely little hidden gem. Access to the place is very easy, the only thing is opening and closing the gate each time to go and come from the property is a bit excessive and got tedious. The inside is quaint and the perfect size for two people. Bedding and furniture is VERY comfortable. Appliances are very new, and everything worked flawlessly. Overall our stay was amazing, and we would definitely recommend to anyone wanting access to the beach, but at a quiet reserved little place.

2nd trip to Pensacola and we love staying in this area where Ellie’s place is located on the island. Her place is clean and spotless and has all the beach amenities you need (my 8 year old needed a boogie board and my 3 year old needed shovel and buckets 😆). My boys enjoyed the welcome kit and loved eating breakfast every morning on the patio. We had one rainy morning but Ellie has plenty of books and games/toys to keep them both entertained. Ellie was accommodating to our requests and we can’t wait to come back again!
