We had a lovely stay at Ana’s place. The house is in a rural area in a nice typical Spanish village. To get to the house you have to drive through a small river. A SUV is usefull then. The house has a pool and in the village are 3 bars and a tiny grocery-shop. The nearest supermarket is a 20 minute drive away in Onda. There are some nice walks in the area and the small pool and garden is great!

The essence of each place is made by people, and the affection with which Jordi treats his grandparents' house and the kindness and sympathy with which he welcomes each of his guests create the atmosphere you need to feel at home. A well-kept and very beautiful space, with a very pleasant outdoor space among flowers and birds. We love every detail as well as the fresh eggs and fig jam offered. Very central and comfortable house for 5 people. Clean and comfortable

Perfectly equipped, in the center of Monroyo, a very nice village The host explained how to get there very well and left us some great sweets from the area as a gift.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Maite's house is beautiful and very welcoming, it fills you with a lot of peace and tranquility,it is very well located in the center of Vinaròs. Maite is a great host,friendly and helpful at all times. Super advisable!! If we are back in the area, we will definitely repeat with Maite!! Thank you very much for everything!!

On our way from Lisbon to Berlin, we needed accommodation for one night. Although the booking was short-notice and despite the short stay, we were provided with linens and towels - a relief after a long drive through hot Spain! The flexible check-in was also helpful for us. The apartment was easy to find, the instructions were sufficient. In the apartment itself, everything was as described - clean and tidy. Two small notes: the apartment is located on a busy street, with the window open it is quite noisy. In addition, it can only be reached via a steep staircase - we found that unusual but did not bother us at all. We also liked the surroundings very much, the sea and beach can be reached in a few minutes and the promenade with palm trees quickly calms you down. The place seemed less designed for international tourists, but we still felt welcome.

We were very well in the apartment, a few meters from supermarkets, bars and shops. As a suggestion we would say that it would not be too much if a hose was possible to cool off and remove the land when you arrive from the beach. But otherwise highly recommended

We had a very good week of vacation with our 2 and 4 year old daughters, in this very nice accommodation! Very nice swimming pool, different beaches within walking distance (Peniscola side or Irta side, wilder), well-equipped accommodation, with a shaded terrace and large sea view!

Great holiday home with pool for big family!

Amazing hidden gem in the middle of a natural reserve, beautiful surrounding and an incredibly cozy house. Communication was great and we had no problems at all, would definitely come back when it’s warmer.

I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The best part was definitely the beautiful surroundings, with a peaceful and spacious territory that offered plenty of privacy. The view from the window was stunning, especially with the calming sound of the sea in the background. It was incredibly quiet and tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, the apartment itself wasn’t as functional as I had hoped. There were not many windows, which made the space feel a bit closed off, and it didn’t ventilate well, so it felt a bit stuffy at times. Despite these small inconveniences, the overall experience was pleasant, thanks to the serene location and natural beauty of the area.

The house is located in an unbeatable place in the heart of Peñiscola. It has incredible ocean views from the terrace, and the house is very clean and has everything you need to spend a few fantastic days in Peñiscola. The hosts are a 10, as they were attentive to our arrival and departure, as well as providing information about the house and its surroundings. It was a pleasure to stay at his house.

The location of the villa is amazing: it has beautiful views and is very quiet. You can walk along the rocks to a nearby beach. There is a pleasant breeze in the afternoons and it is a short drive to Benicàssim.

A beautiful villa, decorated to a high standard, perfectly clean with amazing views of the sea, a great pool and lots of lovely outdoor space. The villa also has a private parking space which was invaluable. Situated in a quiet area just a few minutes drive from Peniscola, it's convenient yet peaceful. There are properties around the villa but you're not overlooked at all. We were given lots of detailed information ahead of check in which was very clear and helpful. We'd highly recommend staying here

Ana’s place was perfect for us - we only needed two of the bedrooms, so everyone had their own patio. We felt at home right away, loved the view, and didn’t mind the walk down to town (which takes you by an adorable little beach cove that wasn’t heavily trafficked), or the walk back home - it’s a bit of a hike, but you can always jump in the pool to cool off! And it was so private and quiet. We would definitely return!
