It was a great, warm place.

Our stay in Uskudar was so peaceful! We were centrally located and enjoyed the atmosphere of the Anatolian side. Serra even went above and beyond and let me keep my bags in the flat an extra few hours while I went on a walking tour the afternoon before my flight. Would recommend to everyone!

Mr. Emilio is a great host, I felt like I was in my own home. I am very satisfied with a house with a pleasant and very pleasant decoration, see you again:)

Only a block off rail line so yea, you hear the electric trains. Earplugs at night muffled enough for sound sleep. I loved how easy it was to catch train into the city and the entire neighborhood. Many options in immediate area and going down to the Sea of Marmaray. Didn’t have reason to interact with Alper other than check-in and out but really appreciate that he allowed me early check-in once apartment was ready.

The place was centrally located in Kadikoy, it was easy to get around from there, and there were lots of restaurants. The upstairs terrace has a wonderful view that the pictures here do not do justice. I would definitely stay here again.

A little Gem in Moda. Located right in the Center of Moda, equidistant to anywhere you want to go to in Moda. You will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and any outlet you may think of within a walking distance. Orhun was an excellent host, sent us all what we needed to know ahead of time with very clear instructions. He was quite helpful and accommodating in every sense. The apartment was immaculate and everything was spotless with fresh linen. Extremely well equipped apartment, having literally everything you need for a short or a long stay, and would make you feel right at home. The apartment was well heated, with excellent plumbing and a very practical and well equipped kitchen. If you are looking for a hidden gem, that is practical with no frills and lets you discover Moda in every way yet knowing you will come back to a comfortable and homey apartment, I highly recommend Orhun's apartment.

I came here with 2 friends for cosmetic surgery and a little sightseeing. The apartment is about a 5-10 minute walk from the ferry system, Naval Museum, 2 Palaces, National Palaces Painting Museum and Palaces Collections Museum. If you don't want to go far but want to see *something* this is a good home base. One block over you can find dozens of restaurants, several fine bakeries, and a good number of grocery stores. It is a good street for catching taxis. The space itself is wonderful. Kitchen is equipped with most things you might need, but has no microwave or k ife sharpener. Owners are very responsive, cheerfully helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated a personal wifi fix visit for Netflix access. Decor is quite attractive. Washer/dryer unit is very good but you might need help to operate it. All 3 of us said we would be happy to return. Staying here *definitely* increased the comfort and pleasure of our Istanbul medical visit.

We had a great 4-day holiday in Ms. Müge's dream house. I don't know which one I'm talking about. The house, the garden, the decoration, the location, everything was for our taste. Ms. Müge was a very kind host, thank you for everything. Everything was thought out and ready for us at home. Extremely pleasant place for nature lovers and lovers of calm, highly recommended👍

A special place, a nice and interactive host, the house is a guest, a tidy, and a special location of the house with a very nice view in the hall that makes you sit in the house and not get out of it Also services and restaurants are very close by the house Masjid and groceries Only one challenge in the house for those with an older age is to climb stairs to the second floor

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

We had a wonderful week in Kadıköy! The apartment could not have had a better location: in the middle of vibrant Kadıköy, five minutes to ferries, metro, sea side promenade, silent Moda.

Levent’s place is a cozy little nook in the lovely neighborhood of Kuzguncuk. It was newly renovated and very clean. He was very kind and accommodating with a late check in, accidentally locking myself out and a late check out. I had no trouble and he was great about allowing me to have my privacy during an extended stay. Would recommend!

Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

The Owner is really helpful and friendly. Apartment is huge . i really recommend. At this time it is hard to safe place in Türkiye , but this location was really safe also there is 24 hours security in the building. i will definitely come back

The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the Bosporus—it was absolutely breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel special. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, which was a perfect escape from the busy city, yet still close to everything I needed. It’s just minutes away from markets and great local restaurants, which made daily errands and dining out super fun and convenient. 10/10 Must stay location with a couple of notes to help non-Turkish guests to be better prepared. Mustafa is very quick to respond and good at accommodating any issues or problems you may have as an international traveler, if you're a local - you don't need to read further book right away! Bring your essentials, soap, shampoo, the groceries in the area have very limited products. Purchase water on day 1, buy lots of it - I didn't try the tap water (so this may be irrelevant). Be prepared to keep the keys on you at all times, the door uses keys from both sides (common in Istanbul everywhere you go) but this surprised me because you have to be prepared to leave whoever is staying home with the keys but take the fob with you. Mustafa provided me with a solution right away but still important to note. With all that being said, I had no issues speaking English and communicating with Mustafa, his Airbnb is an excellent place to say and really safe. 10/10
