Vacation rentals with beach access in Pendik

Finding a space in Istanbul that’s this nice & has AC units in every room in the summer was a dream. Would definitely stay again!

Acun's apartment was really clean and well organised! It had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Turkey, in an incredible location. The sea front is 5 minutes walk away and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Totally recommend staying here as an alternative to the much more touristy parts of Istanbul. Acun was really helpful and quick to respond. Great flat in a a great building in a great area. No more needed.

We had a fantastic stay in Tugce's Bebek apartment. The apartment is charming with beautiful light from all the windows and had everything we needed. We loved staying in the Bebek neighborhood; it's a beautiful part of the city and vibrant with many waterfront cafes and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location, just a little up the road leading up from Bebek. And, Tugce was a fantastic host; so helpful and responsive to all our questions. Definitely recommend!

Apartment has a beautiful view . You feel like home . Ms. Funda was also always helpful super friendly and always quickly active as soon as you contact her. The apartment has a very nice touch . Beautifully bright very clean . Perfect place if you want to stay in Istanbul.

Everything is as described

Everything was great. The host, Mr. Mesut, was always available and helpful. She made all the directions very well before entering the house. She communicated everything we could ask and she thought we would need without us asking. It was very relevant. Thanks for everything

This apartment was lovely and the host and his family were very friendly and helpful. They were quick to reply and easy to communicate with. And would go out of their way to help if we needed anything, so kind. Just like other reviews mentioned, this space is much bigger than it appears in the photos. Very comfy-cozy vibes, we felt right at home. I really enjoyed having my morning coffee on the back balcony, and would usually end my night admiring the pretty shadows the street lights created through the living room curtains. Such a charming flat. Just in mind it is located up a steep hill, but the bus can drop you off next door. Also there’s no AC, but we found the fans to be helpful while we were there. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for hosting us!

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

It is a great place to spend time with a large group of friends. We had everything in the 4-story building, we stayed with full pleasure. Mr. Ferhat was extremely caring and helpful, communicating with us very well. We thank him very much. We would love to come back in the summer to use the pool:)

Amazing stay! Very friendly and responsive hosts!

This is by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in this neighborhood—and we’ve tried five others before! Our host, Zafer, was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and always responsive. The apartment has absolutely breathtaking views—our visiting friends were speechless when they saw them! The location is perfect: just a 5–8 minute walk to the Bosphorus, where you can enjoy fishing, running, walking, or simply soaking in the beauty of the water. There are fantastic breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots nearby, and a grocery store just 30 seconds away (they even deliver!). Our kids loved the place, and we felt right at home. We had an unforgettable time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I am completely satisfied. Except for the garden, we were not even allowed to smoke in the garden. And the stairs are so high. I am sick myself. Had to constantly run up and down. And they still made stress. That we leave the apartment.
