The apartment is quiet, has a great view, and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and efficient stay. The building itself has top-tier amenities—a well-equipped gym and a fantastic pool and sauna that made it easy to unwind after work. The location is also a huge plus: there’s a Starbucks and several excellent coffee spots within a one- to two-minute walk. A lot of restaurants are close by, and there’s even a supermarket essentially in the same building. You rarely have to go far to get anything done. The area feels very safe and high-end, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. Highly recommended.

This is a great apartment in a great location. Clean and spacious apartment. The complex has pleasant and helpful staff. When I injured my leg, the cleaning lady who cleaned the given number herself called the reception and asked to bring ice. I will recommend this apartment to my friends and family.

Staying with Etel has been by far my best Airbnb experience to date. Her apartment offers a calm environment to recover from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. She and her brother were more than welcoming to me and helped me many times throughout my stay there. I highly recommend taking a bus ride down to Emirgan Park or the Bosphorus, which are only 2 to 3 bus stops away from her apartment. The location of the apartment is also incredibly convenient for university students who have just arrived in Istanbul. In short: I can't recommend this place enough. Etel is a wonderful host and a joy to talk to. If you have some time to spare after a day of exploring the city, she will be excited to show you whichever puzzle she is currently working on.

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host gave the necessary instructions before check-in and we were able to check in quickly. It was also important for security and for having an indoor parking lot. The byways were bad only because there were new constructions around it. Although we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But it can be easily reached by direct connection from the highway. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard when the windows and balcony doors are open, otherwise, when the windows are closed, there is no sound in the house. We were pleased. We thank the host.
