We stayed here for almost a month and absolutely loved it. The apartment is in the heart of Kadıköy, surrounded by everything we needed, shops, cafés, bakeries, great restaurants, and bars. It’s also a perfect base for exploring not only Kadıköy, Moda, and Bağdat Caddesi, but also the European side via an easy ferry ride. Despite the lively location, the apartment is very quiet. The bedrooms face a peaceful green garden, and the double windows block out street noise. The space is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I especially loved the bright and fully equipped kitchen, with high-quality appliances, all the essentials, and a spacious layout, it made cooking a real pleasure. We also enjoyed working from the quiet back balcony with a garden and city view. The internet was reliable, and the big screen was a bonus for games and movies. Our host Barıs Bey was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful with great local tips. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

We had chosen the accommodation to explore the Turkish Black Sea coast from here, but did not want to be so far away from the airport. The place was perfect for that. The village of Sile offers everything you need for your vacation: restaurants, supermarkets and a great beach.

The space was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The modern decor and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The location in Maslak was ideal – close to business districts, shopping centers, and public transportation, making it easy to explore both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which was a big plus. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and local tips that made our trip even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul, whether for business or leisure. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!

It's perfectly located and it's a large apartment. Also the building staff were polite. Too bad that the sliding door of the shower was missing and this created some inconveniences. Reception at the hotel available 24/7. Overall, good place to stay.

This is a great apartment in a great location. Clean and spacious apartment. The complex has pleasant and helpful staff. When I injured my leg, the cleaning lady who cleaned the given number herself called the reception and asked to bring ice. I will recommend this apartment to my friends and family.
