Kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla vakit geçirmek için harika bir yer. 4 katlı binada her şeyimiz mevcuttu, eksiksiz bir şekilde keyifle konakladık. Ferhat Bey son derece ilgiliydi ve yardımseverdi, bizimle çok güzel iletişim kurdu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Havuzu kullanmak için yazın tekrar gelmek isteriz :)

Fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi güzel ve temiz bir yerdi. Havuz çok iyiydi yeterli büyüklükte bir havuzu vardı. Bahçesi büyük ve meyvalarla doluydu. Ormanlığın içinde kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla güzelce konaklayıp eğlenebileceğimiz bir villa. Esra hanım ve Ferhat bey gerekli bilgilendirmeyi sağlayıp çok yardımcı oldular teşekkür ederim.

Bizim için çok güvenli ve konforlu bir konaklama oldu,kesinlikle tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünebiliriz…

Excellent villa very nice location. We enjoyed wonderful 2 weeks vacation. Highly recommended.

Our stay was well catered for, everything necessary is present. All rooms have aircon and the beds are comfortable which are always my main concern. The area is perfectly situated within the outskirts of the hub of Besiktas. Walking to the bustle is a matter of minutes while also maintaining a peaceful neighbourhood without any noise affecting sleep. The terrace upstairs is epic and rare.. there’s also a great stereo in the living room which was handy for our stay. The only thing missing is hanging space for clothes, they’re no closest in the bedrooms which is a bit tricky Needless to stay I’d book again in a heart beat as we were all impressed by the comfort convenience and cleanliness

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! we rented the villa for a week. we really enjoyed the entire place and especially the garden. the villa was very clean also all place was quite and Mr Levent was a helpful person as well. if I have the chance I'll definitely rent it again. I really recommend. Thanks🎉🎉

Öncelikle Banu hanim cok samini ve tatli bir ev sahibi. Ev ise dört dörtlük, ihtiyaciniz olan hersey var. Onun disinda konum olarak da cok iyi, Gazhane kapinin önünde ve Kadiköy yürüme mesafesi. Yani 10/10 💓

I loved this airbnb! The airbnb actually was bigger than it looked in the photos. Its very sunny and its lovely to hang out out. Both rooms where comfortable and cozy. Getting there was easy and its a very calm area.

Ev aynı fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Aurası hissiyatı muhteşemdi. Her yerine bayıldık. Teras aşığı olduğumuz için çok keyif aldık. Ayrıca ev sahibimiz emre bey bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bi deneyim geçirmemiz için tüm fırsatları sundu. İyi ki bu evde konakladık, yine gelsem yine aynı yeri seçerdim. Air bnb in yeri çok güzel bebeğe 15 dk yürüyüş mesafesi, ev cok guzel temiz fotograflardaki gibiydi iç dekoru da ozenliydi. Murat bey de cok ilgiliydi 🙏🏻

Ev ile ilgili sorun denemeyecek yalnızca iki konu vardı. 1 tuvalet olması ve havuzun yeterince ısınamaması denebilir. Ama onun dışında ev mükemmeldi ve çok temizdi. Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer, ve mutlaka gelirim

The host was really friendly and gave clear information. The place is very comfy and we feel great. The view from the balcony is amazing.

This is by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in this neighborhood—and we’ve tried five others before! Our host, Zafer, was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and always responsive. The apartment has absolutely breathtaking views—our visiting friends were speechless when they saw them! The location is perfect: just a 5–8 minute walk to the Bosphorus, where you can enjoy fishing, running, walking, or simply soaking in the beauty of the water. There are fantastic breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots nearby, and a grocery store just 30 seconds away (they even deliver!). Our kids loved the place, and we felt right at home. We had an unforgettable time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Ev beklediğim gibiydi. Güzel bir misafirlik oldu. sessiz, sakin ve bahçesi var. Genel anlamda beğendim.

Прекрасное жилье, имеющие все необходимое. Расположено в хорошем районе, где поблизости имеются различные сетевые магазины. Так же преимуществом является небольшие расстояния до всех видов транспорта. Орхан оказался очень гостеприимным человеком, который четко и быстро отвечал на все вопросы. Квартира очень уютная, в которую хотелось бы вернуться еще раз.

كان تسجيل الوصول سهلاً حيث وجدنا المضيف في انتظارنا مع والدته اللطيفة ، المنزل ايضاً كان رائعاً ذو اطلالة جميلة ، فقط ينقصه التكييف لقد شعرنا بالحر اثناء النهار المشمس بخلاف ذلك كل شي كان جميلاً شكراً جزيلاً لهم
