Vacation rentals with breakfast in Pendik

Excellent stay in an amazing place. Apartment super comfortable and very well equipped for the winter months. Everything was perfect. Since we arrived at the place, during our stay and until our last day at the place our host "TUNCAY" was always with a smile and excellent chemistry with us, he was attentive to us at all times for what we needed, he made our stay more pleasant. For me "TUNCAY" who is usually at the reception is a great example of what is a goog host. This place have an excellent location, close to supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,etc. I recommend this place 100% and even more with hosts like him ;) I return again for sure.

Amazing late night staff and super cozy home

I stayed as a student for almost 5 months at Selçuks place. I always felt welcomed. When I needed help with something, Selçuk always lend me a hand. He always tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. He is a very nice and kind host. I will come back!

I recommend Fatih, he was a very nice host and always tried his best. Fatih showed me around and also gave a lot recommendations. This neighborhood is quite famous in the Asia side. Especially for solo travelers, i would suggest everyone who travels to Istanbul to stay here for one or two nights, you will get to know more about Istanbul. 200 meters away there’s one of the most famous hamma, and 1km away there’s very good workshop to learn Turkish coffee, make Turkish lamps.

We stayed for just one night as we needed a place to rest between flights. We wished we could stay longer! The apartment was just 10 minutes away from the airport and we were able to get a private care provided by our host for a very small fee. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and beautiful. The shower was wonderful, the bed and couch bed were very comfortable too. The building the apartment is located in is very safe and secure with a manned security desk. The surrounding area has everything one would need, shops, cafés and restaurants right outside in a very modern and beautiful neighbourhood. Our host was extremely friendly, informative and very attentive to any of our needs or requests. When we return to Istanbul for a longer stay we will be choosing here to stay❤️

Great Stay for a Business Trip I had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described, and all the check-in/check-out procedures were smooth and well-organized. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. If you’re in town for administrative or business-related tasks and need a reliable place for a few days, I’d definitely recommend this one. It’s a hassle-free experience with everything running according to plan. Would gladly stay here again in the future!

I highly recommend to stay at Hale's place. Very safe area. We had a wonderful night. We wished we had more time to stay. Hale is very informative and welcoming. The location is in a serene area. You can ride the bus to the center or enjoy a 30 minutes walk. We loved the cats around.

İrfan bey giriş saatiyle ilgili çok destek oldu, çok yardımsever ve kibardı. Mesajlara hemen cevap verdi. Temizlik konusunda hiçbir şekilde endişe etmemize gerek kalmadı. Yatak da banyo da inanılmaz temizdi. İçeride mini buzdolabı olmasına bayıldık. Akıllı kilitle hiç kimseyle iletişime geçmeden şifre ile giriş yapabildik. Su, kettle, havlu ve terlik vardı. Konum Akaretlerin hemen girişinde. Bütün ulaşım araçlarına çok yakın. Vapura yürüyerek 10 dakika. Biz çok memnun kaldık. F/p olarak gerçekten iyi. Tavsiye ederim.

Hale Hanım oldukça deneyimli, iletişimi çok kuvvetli, tüm sorularıma hem hızlı hem de çözüm odaklı cevap veren harika bir ev sahibesi. Odadaki eski zaman ruhunu yansıtan lambalar, Hale Hanımın yaptığı tablolar ve ayna çok hoş detaylardı. Balkon, konaklamamdaki favori yerimdi. Sabah kahvaltısı oldukça doyurucu ve lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı sonrasında Türk kahvesi eşliğinde, Hale Hanımın deneyimlerini dinlemek bir ev sahibesi olarak benim için paha biçilmezdi. Mekan, vapurdan inince yaklaşık yarım saat yürüme mesafesinde. Hale Hanım, yerleşmeden önce bana üç odayı da gösterme inceliğinde bulundu. Rezerve ettiğim odada kalmayı tercih ettim, ancak ne yazık yatak benim için yeterince konforlu değildi, fakat zaten en kısa zamanda yeni yatak almayı planlıyormuş. Perdeler daha bakımlı olursa odanın havasının değişeceğini düşünüyorum. Hale Hanıma tekrar çok teşekkür ediyorum
