Yeliz hanım ve eşine çok teşekkür ederim. Kendileri eve girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar iletişim konusunda çok hızlı yanıt veriyorlar. Ev ferah ve temizdi diğer yerlere istinaden çok uygun bir fiyat. Lokasyonda restoranlar kafeler marketler çok yakın ulaşım konusunda hiç sorun yaşamadık otobüsler tam önünden geçiyor metroya ulaşım 2 durak sonra havalimanında da kolaylıkla gelip eve ulaşabildik. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz

No wonder Mr. Sefa has such a high rate. He was absolutely helpful and kind. The apartment was just like the photos, the kitchen has everything you need. There is a big parking garage underground which was so important for me. The building is safe and secured as we were with our child we felt safe. I would absolutely recommend this apartment If you are looking for a place in the Asian side of Istanbul

We stayed for just one night as we needed a place to rest between flights. We wished we could stay longer! The apartment was just 10 minutes away from the airport and we were able to get a private care provided by our host for a very small fee. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and beautiful. The shower was wonderful, the bed and couch bed were very comfortable too. The building the apartment is located in is very safe and secure with a manned security desk. The surrounding area has everything one would need, shops, cafés and restaurants right outside in a very modern and beautiful neighbourhood. Our host was extremely friendly, informative and very attentive to any of our needs or requests. When we return to Istanbul for a longer stay we will be choosing here to stay❤️

Me gustó mucho , solamente que hay demasiadas escaleras para llegar . Y el pasillo de entrada un poco sucio y obscuro. Pero dentro de la casa todo es muy ordenado , cómodo y tranquilo . Hay más de lo que esperas encontrar . Reserve dos veces ya que me sentí muy cómoda en el lugar y el precio es bastante accesible y justo .

I booked this apartment for my parents who visited Turkiye for medical treatment. From the start, we received a friendly welcome message with clear instructions (lots of helpful pics) about the location of the apartment. Mr. Ediz greeted my parents with a small welcome gift and helped them check in which was so welcomed since my parents day had been long after chemo treatment. The apartment is new, clean and beautiful. My mom esp did not stop raving about how clean it was with all the needed amenities. Outside there are lots of restaurants and shops too which is great for change of scenery. We will definitely stay here again.

سكنت في هذه الشقة وكانت تجربة رائعة جداً. الشقة جميلة وواسعة، هادئة ومطلة مباشرة على البحر، ما أضفى على الإقامة أجواء مريحة ومميزة. موقعها ممتاز، فهي قريبة من العديد من المطاعم الجميلة، ويوجد عبارة قريبة منها للتنقل بين المناطق، مما يجعل الموقع عملي جداً للمستكشفين. المضيف كان خدوم، ودود، ومحترم إلى أبعد حد، وكان حريص على راحتنا طوال فترة الإقامة. الشقة نظيفة بشكل عام، لكن لاحظت وجود بعض النمل، ويبدو أن ذلك بسبب قربها من البحر، وأتمنى أن يتم معالجة هذا الأمر مستقبلاً. بشكل عام، أنصح بالإقامة فيها وبقوة، تجربة مميزة تستحق التكرار

Great place, and an even better host! Never had such a good experience before. Accommodated us in every situation and extremely helpful. The place itself was very clean, spacious and good. Lived comfortably for 10 days. Would definitely recommend everyone to rent this place if you're staying in Kadikoy.

Gostei muito do espaço. Envolvido num empreendimento muito cativante. excelente zona dentro de uma cidade cheia de vida e movimento durante 24 horas.

Buğra Bey çok sıcakkanlı ve dost canlısıydı. Her konuda bize yardım etti. Sorularımıza anında cevap verdi. Ev gerçekten temiz ve konum olarak harikaydı. İstanbul'a bir daha geldiğimiz zaman tereddüt etmeden geleceğimiz bir ev oldu kendisi. Buğra Bey gibi iyi birini de gerçekten bulmak zor olabilir. 🥰💖

Harika ötesi kesinlikle istanbulda daha iyisi yok hatta Türkiyede. Airbnb arama işini ortadan kaldırdı benim için
