We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. It’s blocks to dining, grocery & downtown Sandpoint. 3.4 mi. to the Schweitzer shuttle (base of Schweitzer), 1/2 mi. to City Beach. We provide 5 bikes June-September. The kitchen has quality cookware and a gas stove for dining in. There is a Smart TV, games and a partially fenced back yard. We always use 100% cotton linens. In addition to standard cleaning, the home is aired out between each guest.
