Condo vacation rentals in Pend Oreille River

This is such a beautiful condo and had everything we needed for a fantastic family weekend. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels and we got a lot of use out of the fire place and club house. The beds and fabulous couch were very clean and comfortable. Jen is also a great host and responded very quickly with the couple of questions I had. We definitely made the right decision chosing this place over the trickle creek lodge.

Very clear instructions on how to find the condo. The binder inside with maps and the info about the shuttle was fantastic. I ended up not even trying to find the ski in/ski out path because of the free shuttle option (and I just overnight checked my skis up at the village). I walked to the village for breakfast and the snow was insanely good, so it was a fantastic weekend. I appreciated being able to walk over to St Bernard for dinner one night since its right next door. The condo was very clean. The walls were a bit thin, you could basically hear everything your neighbors and upstairs neighbors were doing/saying, but they thank goodness were respectful and not making noise all hours of the night. I really enjoyed the mountain area and am glad I stayed up in the ski area rather than down in Sandpoint.

Great place right at the base of the mountain. Perfect for my weekend stay. Highly recommend.

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I especially loved all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful area for my morning and evening walks! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Lara's condo. We parked our car the day we arrived and didn't need it again until we drove back to the airport! The condo is conveniently located. It is less than a 5 minute walk to get to a trail that takes you to one of the lifts, and about a 10-15 minute walk to the main village. We stocked up on groceries before heading up the mountain and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The balcony overlooks the ski slopes. The condo was super cozy, had comfy bed sheets and bath towels, however the bed is pretty firm if you're sensitive to that. Lara was responsive before and throughout our stay with any questions/concerns we had. We'd definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a place for two couples where we could walk to town for restaurants and also cook in for ourselves. The condo is just as described. Frank went the extra mile to work with my husband to spec/install an outlet in the garage with which we could charge our EV. Win-win! Thanks for everything

We had a great time. Loved the house. Tran was great. The only difference is the bedroom list as one queen and a single is a a queen bunk bed.

WOW!! Perfect place for two. Beautiful views of slopes. Pretty much brand new. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Overlooks center of resort. Short walk to lifts.

An absolutely beautiful find! So quaint and quiet. Friendly little community. The most gorgeous views. So much to do! Yummy restaurants. Larry was so helpful and communicative. The space was perfect for myself, my husband, and our dogs. We all had the best weekend! I know we’ll be back to stay in Larry’s wonderful home again in the future.

Place was as listed. Clean, updated interior, comfortable. host was accommodating. Parking was a little annoying. Road out front quite busy during the day. No issue sleeping traffic calmed down at night.

Communicated well, clear directions, building number was missing so took a minute to figure it out, but no problem. We had a car crash and family sickness that occurred with our first date, host was flexible and understanding and let us reschedule to a later date and avoid high fees, super helpful. Would go back.

We stayed for 2 months and loved our time there. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, spacious, and very well equipped. The main bed is extremely comfy and bathroom feels luxurious, with a range of local, high-quality products. The balcony has an amazing view of the Rockies which never gets old. Kristie is an excellent host and was very responsive. The only minor issues we had were that we didn't find the fold out bed to be too comfy and you can often hear the people above moving around. We are spending another month+ there later this summer and can't wait!

This is the perfect place in Sandpoint if you prefer some peace and quiet to being right downtown (which is nonetheless an easy 30ish-minute walk on a dedicated path). The house itself is lovely, well-furnished, with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen/living area and packed with thoughtful little extras everywhere. The beds are super comfortable, and there's a cute, small porch out back with a fire table and view of the creek. Would absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sydney’s lakefront condo! It is a great location to walk into downtown for restaurants, bars and shopping. Convenient to the Long Bridge walk as well. Well appointed for cooking in as well and the BBQ area was very much appreciated.

Our stay at Maren’s place was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, the communication was seamless and incredibly helpful. The house was exactly as pictured, if not even more beautiful in person. It was spotlessly clean, and we immediately felt at home. I would highly recommend to all visitors considering to book right away!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Condo del Sol. This unit was clean, very well stocked and provided lots of extras like a pack and play, sound machines, kayaks, tennis rackets and extra towels. We used the pool daily, it was never too busy even on a long holiday weekend. Location is walkable to the city beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely look for this unit when we return next summer.

Very nice place! Exactly as described. Hot tub on the deck was a great addition. Really appreciated the little extras like tin foil and oil for cooking, as normally those get left at home when travelling. Highly recommend this place.

Our condo was right on the water. We used the kayaks one morning, and the unit was just right for two people. I snore, so slept on the sofa couch and my husband used the bedroom. The sofa bed was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever slept on! Overall, great deal and very close to everything in Sandpoint. Just know that you have to get out of your car and put the code for the unit into the gate to get into the parking lot for the unit.

Fantastic place for a peaceful escape in the mountains. The condo was perfect for my friend and I and we appreciated the location and very comfortable accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the cosy living area with a fireplace. The patio was also great, but does face the water park which gets busy closer to the weekend. Courtney was very responsive and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. Tip: be sure to watch the YouTube video before checkin, it is super helpful!
