This house is beautiful, had plenty of space, large functional kitchen, comfortable beds and amazing outdoor space. We absolutely loved it and would stay here again!

The place was perfect for my family to gather and have a nice staycation while we were in town for a wedding. Had absolutely everything we needed and more. If we ever find ourselves back in the Spokane Valley, we will book again for sure.

We had an excellent stay here. My toddler son loved the pool, the toys, and the park down the street. The house was well stocked and clean, and I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

Highly recommend this beautiful spot for a getaway! Grateful for this Airbnb and its hospitable hosts. The space was fantastic for our large group of young adults and young families. Highlights of the space were the spacious kitchen, porch seating, pool area, fire pit, and of course the amazing tree house & zipline! So many special memories made!

The location is magical. Such a wonderful blend of nature and home. The house is easy to navigate, has access to shopping (just a few minutes away) but feels peacefully remote.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jerry and Natasha’s house. It was neat, clean, cozy, felt safe, and overall was perfect for our family weekend getaway. We appreciated the clear instructions for check in and check out as well as the host’s prompt responses to our messages.

We had a great stay at this location... Our family got together to celebrate our new graduate. The space and amenities made us feel right at home and allowed us to spend time together in a comfortable space, it really added to our visit.

Great spot, we stayed with a group of friends and this house fit everyone perfectly! Great spots to hang out and close to some great mountain biking, hiking, and the river. House was clean and had everything we needed! Would stay again if we are in the area

Beautiful home and property! Fresh cut flowers were in the home and on the porch, and a box of cookies waited for us on the kitchen counter. Willie was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed.

Davina’s place was absolutely wonderful. It was by far the cleanest place we have stayed at in a while. It was extremely organized and had everything it stated on the listing. We appreciate a quiet and peaceful place to come back to throughout a weekend of festivities. If we are ever in the area again we will absolutely look them up to stay here again.

This property is absolutely enchanting and so romantic. It was the perfect peaceful getaway my husband and I needed after a stressful time. The view is breathtaking, and the house is situated to take full advantage of it.

This place is rad. Very quiet setting with stunning views. The cabin has been recently and beautifully remodeled top to bottom. Kitchen was stocked with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils we needed to eat in for almost 3 days, and had quite a few spices as well. We spent a ton of time outside on the gorgeous decks and in the surrounding woods. The host was super responsive and helpful with the questions we had - it never took more than 15 minutes to hear back and often was much faster than that! We'll definitely look to return when we need another getaway.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views. We loved it so much we extended our stay and are already talking about coming again next year. There is a nice hiking trail right down the road and other hiking and biking trails a short drive away. We were able to kayak right off the pier, although there are a number of stairs you need to take down to the water which was clearly shown in the photos. Brandy was very helpful with local recommendations and immediately responsive to our questions. We had a great week!

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The lake and views are breath taking. The home was well equipped with everything you need for your home away from home stay. Kitchen products, board games, linens and more. The master bed was so soft, like a big hug. So cozy. The fresh air breeze from the lake at night that came through the windows, was so nice. We did not need to use the AC. The house was big enough for two families. We had a total of 8 people, lots of room. Just perfect. Michele was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The neighbours on both sides, were very nice. Everyone was respectful of the quiet hours. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Me and my family have been in transition moving from 1000 miles away and needed a comfortable place to stay for a couple months. Nancy has been so accommodating and easy to work with. Especially because we have small dogs. I love the area surrounding this lovely home. It is heaven on earth! So worth staying here. Please be respectful to the septic system. Great place to stay for our visit to Sandpoint! Very comfortable and easy access to downtown and lake. Place is very new looking with a great kitchen. Hosts were friendly and responsive.

I brought my wife here as a surprise birthday vacation for her. From the initial booking through checkout Daugherty Management was incredible. They sent me a list of restaurants to take her out for dinner as well as top rated bakery’s to pickup a birthday cake. We also arrived to a “Happy Birthday” basket for my wife which included some local wines, chocolates and a few other items. The home was wonderful and the views were too beautiful to even describe. We awoke early each morning to drink coffee and watch the beautiful sunrise over the mountains. We enjoyed the peace and quiet where the only noise is the soft breeze and the wildlife that stopped to visit. There’s no road noise at all so this place is an absolutely perfect place for a regenerative stay! We absolutely will book this home again!

What a great, comfortable home to relax in for a week! Spacious, clean, comfortable with thoughtful provisions for a family on the road. Close to Schweitzer, which is why we were visiting. Thanks you for letting us bring our dog - he loved it too :)

This is one of the most amazing properties we’ve ever stayed in. The view is amazing and having a private beach is next level. Its in kind of a little inlet area with only 5 or so other homes. We kayaked around the lake and rented a boat one day, both were so much fun and this area is perfect for it. We went swimming in the lake every single day. The fire pit is also great. The house was very clean and a starter kit of toiletries, dish soap, and laundry soap were provided. There were lots of towels. Plenty of nice soft blankets were provided also. The memory foam mattresses were great, this is the first rental I’ve had a sleep better than in my own home! Upstairs there's a loft area where our 3 kids stayed (ages 16, 5, and 2). The hosts really went the extra mile and selected quality furniture both inside and out of this property. Parking was easy, getting to standpoint was easy. There are so many things to do in this town we can't wait to come back! Communication was amazing too.

The hot tub was delightful and perfectly situated to maximize the amazing views seen from all over the house. We even enjoyed the deck chairs on a sunny winter day. Inside, the separately controlled thermostats did not go unnoticed by me (hot mama.)😉. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, especially things like crockpot, oil, sugar, flour and ziplock bags. My daughter in law the awesome cook, especially loved the spices. A 2 cup liquid measuring cup and a water pitcher would make kitchen perfect in my opinion. The recent remodeling was lovely. The bedrooms are large enough to get around with suitcases, etc. The laundry room, hallway and pantry provided plenty of space to spread out and organize Christmas gifts, etc. Extra space is a rare commodity in most rentals. The beds were all very comfy. The remodeled bathrooms sparkled and we loved the higher vanities. An extra towel bar/ring by the sinks and a robe hook would be useful and I'm certain on the "to do " list since remodeling

It's an absolutely lovely home with an amazing view and beautiful natural surroundings. The house is spotless and well equipped with everything you need. The views from the large deck were such a wonderful surprise. The ferry ride back and forth from the town of Nelson was an added delight for us. All in all this home was fantastic and I would highly recommend for other travelers.
