This property was exactly as described. We booked so we could attend holiday activities at the Coeur d'Alene Resort. It was a quick walk to and from the resort so the location was perfect for our trip. Diana mentioned several activities taking place to be sure we knew they were happening. The house was beautiful and accommodated our large family very well. It had all the amenities we needed to be able to prepare meals, as well as bathroom amenities, laundry needs, a nice work space for our college kids to complete homework, and the hot tub to warm up and relax in at the end of the day. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again!

I and the other guests were very happy with the accommodations and overall experience. I personally was impressed with how well Amanda and I were able to communicate with each other!! Amanda was a great host!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Would definitely come back! Felt like being at home and the layout was ideal for us. Appreciated the little touches like the games, kids room, candy jar, and blankets galore. The decor was inviting and beds and pillows comfortable. Location is a short drive to downtown Spokane and peaceful neighborhood.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Arrived directly at check in and got to enjoy an afternoon together like we were home without the drive.

Jennifer's place is incredible! The scenery is amazing, with the river literally in the backyard, and the mountains just beyond. This morning, there were two bald eagles flying overhead! The house was spotless, the bathroom was luxurious, and the extra touches made me feel so at home. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the best air b n b I have ever stayed at. It felt so homey and not like you were staying in some strangers house 😂. Was so easy to check in, simple rules and everything was so simple. Loved it hands down would book again if I ever come back to Hayden!

Great hosts, very responsive. The space was the entire walkout basement, and the hosts respected our privacy :) Very clean and spacious. Something to note, the walk to the space requires walking down a grassy slope that has a fairly decent slope. If you have knee or joint issues, or issues with climbing, you will want to be aware of this.

We needed to make a reservation on quick notice, and this lovely d was perfect, very welcoming, clean and priced fairly. The neighborhood is very quiet which along with comfortable beds made for much needed sleep. I have a suggestion for “accessibility” in the bathroom. There is a grab bar on the back wall of the large tiled shower, but one as you enter the shower would be very helpful to those who are disabled as I am. The addition of a shower seat would also be helpful. Charlaine’s 5-star home is the place we will return to and suggest to our friends and family when visiting Spokane!

Aaron and Chanan have created a cozy and welcoming space! I felt relaxed and at home. They were also proactive about reaching out to me, and even left the lights on when I was checking in late :) a big highlight was all the fun carvings around and outside the home!

This home had alot of character that sets back in a time when life was simpler & more home-based. The other guests were quiet, ability to cook our own food and Safeway right up the street. easy to enter and exit. Positive efficient communication.

Well appointed older place with breakfast items there for a great morning start! Very quiet and an easy walk to Huckleberry health food store for great coffee! Easy check in and access to downtown was a breeze.

Davis was super friendly, and accommodating. His place has literally everything you would need. The kitchen was well stocked! The yard was awesome for the family! David had great instructions on how to find the cool local spots. Our family had a great time there!

This charming little place was perfect for our trip. The fridge was stocked with a few extras that really made the stay so much easier. This place was close to downtown without being right in the middle of it. Could walk to the art museum as well as a few nice restaurants.

Tom and Rhonda made us feel right at home, and were very accommodating when our schedule changed. It’s a beautiful, peaceful location, great for dogs and families. We can’t recommend it enough!

Clean, unique, and fun. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast, too. Charming family and charming schoolhouse.

Hal's chalet is beautiful. A cozy log chalet in a perfect mountain setting. I could go on and on about the clean beds, most comfy couch ever, well stocked kitchen, great laundry machines, perfect decor and fabulous hot tub! We skied buzzer to buzzer days at 49 North and were so grateful to zip back 5 min to our "home away from home" and spend the evenings together. We soothed our tired muscles in the hot tub. We prepared yummy food and ate together at the dining table for dinner and breakfast bar in the am. After dinner, we could watch the 4 Nations hockey matches from the comfy couch & while playing foosball and pool. We had everything we needed to relax"en famille" at the chalet and ski all day at the mountain. A Perfect balance !!! My highest compliment to Hal and his excellent communication. He set us up for success and shared so many thoughtful details. I would give 6 stars if I could ! We hope to rent Hals chalet again and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Returned to Spokane to see our Gonzaga student and hit the slopes at Mt. Spokane. The location is super close to campus and very convenient. The place matches the photos.

This place is truly beautiful, comfortable and with a very nice host. Beautiful garden, great breakfast, TV worked perfectly and bed was very comfortable. It's a lovely palace beautifully decorated for having a chill time. Highly recommend it.

Very nice host and personable

As beautiful as the facility and setting was, the best part of our stay was our amazing hosts. We arived later than expected. Our hosts kept the wine tasting facility open for us and made sure we had food and great company for dinner. They also were very accomidating of two dogs. It was a very nice trip. We ill be looking them up next time we are in the area.
