This cottage was amazing! It had all of the comforts of home in a clean and inviting setting. Plus, it is right down the road from the wedding venue (The Farmhouse on Greenbluff)! We really enjoyed the privacy of the patio/hot tub area! Bonnie was very friendly and accommodating of all of our needs! We would highly recommend staying here or at any of her properties!

Travel down a gravel road to a private carriage house in the woods. Walk up the stairs to heated floors, treetop views, comfortable amenities, and room to spread out and relax!

The views are crazy! Jim is awesome, he is probably the most detailed host we have had. He really wants his guest to feel welcome and at home. The pictures don't do this place justice. My kids loved having their own space and enjoyed inside activities when it rained. There is everything you need and more in the guest house. Thanks for sharing your property with our family.

Super cozy and excellent location! The Cottage was exactly what I was looking for. The wood fire warmed up the place nicely and Gerald always had a supply of wood each morning. Thanks! We had a Dad‘s mountain biking weekend in Rossland and this was the perfect house to accommodate all of us. Lots of space to spread out over multiple levels. A real feast for the eyes with lots of artwork and unique decor at every turn. All the amenities we needed were there, including some great coffee and selection of teas to start the day. The ping pong table was also a hit as we battled it out for king of the table. Would definitely stay there again if in the area and it would even be great for a couple of families. What a wonderful place to stay in Priest Lake! We stayed here 4 days and 3 nights with my husband and fur babies. It was cozy, peaceful and we kept saying “wow what a labor of love was put into this place”!! It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook with, the linens in bedroom are very nice, and has 3 bathrooms and two showers which was amazing! It is close to Hills and Elkins Resorts which we love both, and we got to explore new parts of Priest Lake we’ve never been to, which was fun! Also there’s multiple grocery stores not too far away, plus you can always stop by the resort restaurants/gift shops and they have food you can purchase. We also dug into their board games and played Sorry and Scrabble every night before bed, and now ordered both on Amazon to continue playing when we arrive to our home. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back here. Thank you!!

We loved our stay in the Eagle suite while exploring the Nelson area. The location was very peaceful and private, the lake access is amazing. We spent hours on the dock with our 2 girls (age 8 & 10). The kitchen was really well equipped for cooking our own meals, having laundry was a nice perk too. We can’t wait to come back here again! Would highly recommend for those looking to enjoy some relaxing lake time.

This lovely loft is just minutes walk away from beautiful Lakeshore Drive - Sanders Beach. Lindsey's place was very clean, relaxing & comfortable. Full kitchen was well appointed and large deck allows summertime dining outside after a day hiking at Tubbs Hill just a couple blocks away. Evenings were quiet & peaceful.

We really enjoyed the 208! It was a quiet neighborhood only a block from restaurants and a cute downtown area. The guesthouse was amazing! Beautiful, clean, and very modern. The hot tub is in a cute little spot and very private. Checkout was super easy. Oh and the shower was amazing!!! We hope to stay again!

Tabitha was the best Host I've interacted with yet at a vacation rental--very helpful and happy to help with suggestions and recommendations. The cabin was cozy, safe, and very peaceful. It surrounded in tall pines and was exactly what I was hoping for.

We had a great relaxing stay, the home was very cozy, had beautiful views and a great nature surrounding. The Suite is private and perfect for a group of 4 to fit comfortably. The beds where also very comfy. The suite was stocked with everything you would need and more! I recommend this Gem!

We had a great stay in Sandpoint! Judy was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The place had everything we needed and was less than 10 mins to downtown Sandpoint, which had lots of restaurants and things to do. Would highly recommend!

This cozy countryside retreat provides you with everything you would need for your stay. The cottage is clean and and the king size bed is extremely comfortable. We really love the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Stayed at this site over half a dozen times. Julie and Lowell are great communicators and excellent hosts. We look forward to our next visit.

The home was just the right size and had all the amenities we needed (husband wife and baby). A king size bed was more than large enough with tons of pillows and super warm comforter. It gets chilly at night, even in summer, if you don't run the heater of course. Even though the AC is small it cools VERY well, more than enough for the small space. One caveat is the water has a mild sulfur smell. However, the kitchen was fully functional with fridge, dishwasher, stove, and of course a microwave. Another nice touch was the playpen provided above the washer and dryer. It was one less large thing to pack on our end, along being able to do our own laundry! I can't describe in words how beautiful the location is, but I will try. Looking out the front and back doors there are mountains that are illuminated beautifully in the gold light of both morning and evening. Leaving the doors open is a must, letting the clean air and beautiful views cleanse your soul. Honestly, a GREAT AirBnb.

the space was perfect for our weekend even had a BBQ on the deck and after we ate we sat on the deck for a few hours watching all the deer in the distance. The home was very well put together, clean and ready to use, and great communication especially for such a short notice for our booking. 10 🌟 in our book thank you for an amazing home!
