The Happy Hawk cabin was exactly as described - lots of amenities, peaceful property, and a nice view from the porch! Check-in was easy and Robbin was incredibly responsive when we reached out to clarify hot water in the space (I overlooked turning it on when arriving). The space was clean and well organized. We looked forward to coming back to the cabin each night when we wrapped up hiking and kayaking! 4WD is a must! We would return and really enjoyed the time there.

We had the best time here - so peaceful and quiet. We explored all around the waterfalls at Richland creek and even went down to Jasper which had a super cute downtown area. We hope to come back again!

This was a peaceful, enjoyable getaway that I really needed. The property is beautifully kept and the porch in front by the pond is just idyllic. I rested so well and the full kitchen was perfect for preparing my meals. I will definitely be back for more hiking at the nearby trails and to relax in the peace and quiet. If you want a peaceful getaway where you will sleep well, this is it! As I side note, the owners were so helpful and even returned/mailed an item that I had unknowingly left behind. They are just wonderful people!

We stayed one night and it was perfect. After a long day of hiking we were able to all have hot showers and rest. Host had donuts and dog treats for us which was a super sweet touch. Comfy beds and eels rocked bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed and the wifi was welcome due to very little cell service. Would highly recommend!
