Private Cottage w/Queen Bed + Lakes, golfing, etc.

Beautiful, cozy cottage located on owner's property. Surrounded by lakes (however not on one), world-class golf, towering pine trees and amazing restaurants and shopping. You will have the cottage to yourself. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed, also a full bath. The living room sofa pulls out to sleep two more. We are walking distance to Pequot Lakes, and just a 10 minute drive to Breezy Point or Nisswa for an amazing shopping experience. We welcome friendly, fully vetted dogs.

Brand new knotty pine build out with diamond willow railings, king sized 14” memory foam beds, granite countertops. Fly in and taxi right up to your own hangar cabin. Individual heat and AC in each bedroom. Brand new power leather couches and recliners. Breezy Point Resort is right across the street. The residents of the city of Breezy Point use golf carts or cars to go to the resort and enjoy a nice meal, ice cream cone, the beach, nightlife, Elvis even shows up every week to sing some songs.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. Linens and towels are provided. Fans draw in cooling effects of the lake, 50 ft. from the cottage.

Beautiful lake and beach! The cabin was very clean, we had use of their kayaks and also a child size kayak that my 4 year old grandson tried out! They also had a canoe, fire pit, chairs and lounge chairs. They even had the fire pit all set up for a fire for us and pulled out a child size chair when they heard we had a 4 year old with us! Sue and Brian were super nice and very welcoming. The cabin deck is attached to their house deck but they have a privacy gate you can pull out if interested but we never felt we needed it. We loved their place so much and we are hoping to come stay again next year!

We absolutely loved this location! Close to family for us, a multitude of lake options for fishing, beautiful home and beautiful view of the lake. We were here during the winter with our teenage/adult kids and we all loved the house. Layout was perfect for a bunch of people. This will definitely be one of the first places we check next time we head to the Pequot area!

Amazing Yard! Quiet Lake, Game Room & More!

Accessibility is a priority for me so having a zero entry entrance for wheelchair access was great. There is a single step (about 2") from the main entrance to the family room on the main level. Kitchen unfortunately was on the upper level, however, we were able to make do with some adjustments on our end that didn't impact qaulity time for dinner. The yard was navigable in a wheelchair as well and was able to get to the pier. There is a lot of amenities for entertainment for everyone, like ping pong, cornhole and darts. There's also a decent size play house that was thoroughly enjoyed as well. The lake is pretty shallow where the dock is, and a lot of lily pads so shore fishing was difficult without the correct lures. You can find panfish and bass, too. DNR unfortunately doesnt have too much info on the type of fish in this lake, however, thats what I saw. Host is communciative, responsive, and flexible within reason of any requests and felt greatful for them for it.

We had a great time in Breezy Point. It was an easy walk to the beach and marina. The cabin was very nice, clean, and well stocked with pots, pans and plates.
