Jättefint boende med allt som behövs. Helt perfekt för en liten familj som oss. Vänliga och hjälpsamma värdar. Poolområde med fantastiskt utsikt över Montgo. Terrass med kvällssol. Gångavstånd till supermarkets, strand och restauranger på piren. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

Maria's apt. is lovely. We stayed for a week in June with our 3 teenage boys. Plenty space for the 5 of us. Beautiful, large terrace, shady in the hot afternoons perfect for a snooze on the wooden loungers or the hammock(13 yr old didn't leave it!) Lovely pool, most days we had it to ourselves! Apt is well placed, near old town, the harbour and beach, all within easy walking distance. Maria is a wonderful host. ..Waiting for us when we arrived, with a warm welcome and lots of local advice on restaurants and places to visit. We all enjoyed our stay in beautiful Denia and will surely return.

Acabo de celebrar mi 40 cumpleaños en el edificio Intempo y no puedo estar más satisfecho. La experiencia ha sido simplemente inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, el trato recibido ha sido impecable. La atención al detalle, la calidad de las instalaciones y el entorno de lujo crearon el ambiente perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar con mi familia. Destaco especialmente la tranquilidad que se respira en todo el edificio, algo muy valorado cuando uno busca descanso real. Las vistas, la limpieza, el diseño interior y las zonas comunes superaron con creces nuestras expectativas. La combinación de confort, exclusividad y elegancia hicieron de esta estancia una celebración verdaderamente especial. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por hacer de mis 40 años un momento tan especial.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Dino was heel vriendelijk. De woning was mooi, nieuw, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Extra fijn dat er een hekje geplaatst kon worden voor het zwembad ivm onze peuter. De buitenkeuken, altijd een plek mogelijk in de zon of schaduw, airco, zonwering en horren maakte het perfect. Nogmaals bedankt voor het fijne verblijf.

L’appartement est neuf , spacieux et très bien équipé pour passer de très belles vacances en famille afin de visiter et découvrir la région. La terrasse avec vue sur mer est un atout majeur, on se fait bercer par le bruit des vagues non loin. Son emplacement est idéal, très bien situé pour moi. Pour ceux qui aiment la plage elle se situe à quelque mètre de la résidence. Vannessa est très très professionnelle, toutes les informations qu’elle m’a communiqué m’ont été très utiles aussi bien sur les détails de la location que sur les belles choses à faire aux alentours. La grande piscine et l’espace SPA étaient à notre disposition même tardivement, un véritable plaisir pour les enfants. Le logement et Vannessa pour son sérieux sont à recommander. Au plaisir de se revoir.

Had a fantastic month in the apartment. It was very well presented and exactly as described. A great view of Cala Finestrat and Benidorm from the terrace. The apartment was very quiet and had everything you'd need for your stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

What can I say, FANTASTIC all of it!! Great location apartment was spotless, Maria was brilliant from start to finish. I stayed with my girl friends to celebrate 50th there first time in Benidorm and the weekend was brilliant. The balcony was the icing on the cake super views, watching the world pass by. We were able to sunbathe on the beach and nip back to the apartment as and when. Clean safe great location lovely restaurants not far from old town or you could venture to the new town, what more could you want. Thank you so much I I will Most defiantly be booking your apartment again.

Duidelijke video en instructies om het appartement te vinden. Verder was het appartement was netjes en proper, goed opgeruimd. Ligt in een rustige omgeving, supermarkt, restaurants en de zee ligt allemaal zeer dichtbij. Bij aankomst miste ik wel enkele basis hygiene dingen zoals een WC-rol en een beetje handzeep. Verder was alles prima in orde!

¡Una estancia excelente! El apartamento en El Vergel superó nuestras expectativas: limpio, cómodo y perfectamente equipado para viajar en familia. Fuimos con nuestro perro y un bebé, y todo estuvo pensado para hacernos sentir como en casa. La zona es tranquila, ideal para descansar, y muy cerca de la playa. El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y esperamos volver pronto.

John and Tatiana’s lovely oasis is exactly that, a beautiful retreat that combines the convenience of a city with the peace of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay very much, the apartment is centrally located and pristine. The construction nearby that did not impede any of our views or cause loud noises. We had a few minor issues that were quickly remedied by John and Tatiana. Would definitely stay there again

Sehr netter Kontakt mit Carolina. Sie hat auf alle Fragen immer schnell geantwortet. Erklärungen zum Check-in waren detailliert und hilfreich. Wohnung war gemütlich und Wohnbereich sehr ansprechend möbliert und dekoriert. Carolina hat uns mit einem Strauß roter Rosen auf dem Tisch willkommen geheißen. Im Kühlschrank hatte sie schon kühle Getränke bereitgestellt. Herzlichen Dank! Getoppt wurde das alles noch von einer traumhaften Aussicht aufs Meer und den Strand. Wir kommen sicher einmal wieder. herzlichen Dank, liebe Carolina.

A good little spot to enjoy all that Benidorm has to offer, and just as described. The area the apartment is in is just off the Rincon De Loix, quite near Lidl, so it's very handy to be able to get a few cheap bits in there for the cupboard (rather than buying from those overpriced convenience stores around the city). It's in a quiet area although we did hear a bit of noise from the other apartments but I suppose this is to be expected, nothing that ruined our holiday though. The bed was comfy, and there was a good sized TV with Premium YouTube etc, and everything we needed was there for us. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace, watching the doves flying around while having a coffee, although it does get hot out there once the Sun arcs round and hits it full on (great if you need to dry some clothes though if traveling light). Anyway we had a great time (Benidorm in February, was as good as ever, we saw countless live acts in just a few days) and Chris & Marie kept us informed throughout.

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad en vooral genoten van de prachtige tuin, waar het in maart zeer rustig was en van de zee zo dichtbij. Wat we vooral waardeerden was de vriendelijkheid van Miguel en Laura. Zij stonden altijd voor ons klaar en waren erg behulpzaam. We zullen ons ook de heerlijke gebakken rijst (paella) herinneren die zij voor ons hadden gekookt. Wat een lief gebaar!

Die Anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Der Pool ist ganzjährig benutzbar, sehr groß und eine prima Alternative zum sandigen Strand der ca 12 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Für Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Einkäufe benötigt man ein Auto. Je nach Sonnenstand kann man eine der drei Terrassen nutzen und ein schöner großer Grill ist auch vorhanden.

Wat een gaaf huis met prachtig uitzicht over zee en complimenten voor degene die de styling heeft gedaan ! Wij vonden alles leuk aan dit huis. Het was super schoon. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en zelfs meer. De bedden liggen zeer comfortabel. De douche is voor Spaanse begrippen erg goed (goede waterdruk en warmte). Het beste vonden wij de tuin. Er is veel zon in de tuin, vooral bij het zwembad. Je hebt verschillende zitplekken (zon en schaduw) en de buiten keuken is heel gezellig. En wat een uitzicht ! Bij aankomst was er een probleem met warm water. Dit werd de volgende dag opgelost en hierover werden wij zeer goed geïnformeerd en op de hoogte gehouden. De communicatie met alle medewerkers was zeer prettig. Zij hebben zelfs voor ons uitgezocht waar de cactus lamp in de woonkamer is gekocht. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! Heel erg bedankt allemaal 😊.

Appartement très propre et super bien équipé, avec une belle vue sur mer, on aperçoit facilement Bénidorm depuis le balcon. Résidence calme et sécurisée avec piscine 24/7, sauna, salle de sport et parking privatif. Yasmine nous a mis en contact avec Virginie, personne attentive, pro et très réactive, qui nous a accueillie avec des boissons fraîches, fruits … Belle expérience, nous conseillons vivement ce logement.

El contacto es directamente con la dueña, lo que me ha parecido algo excelente. Siempre tenía una respuesta rápida y estaba pendiente por cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Es una villa que usted va y encuentra lo que ve en las fotos, e incluso más! es una belleza...han puesto césped en la zona de la piscina y eso es genial para los bebés! también hay un buen parasol junto al parrillero, perfecto para este sol de verano. Los pisos son independientes y se comunican por las escaleras externas. Tiene bastantes habitaciones y camas. Fuimos 12 adultos, 3 niños y 2 bebes. Comodidad total. No pasas nada de calor, la villa tiene aires acondicionados en sus habitaciones y el piso inferior es súper fresquito tambien. Mercadona a 11 min en coche. Genial! La dueña: profesional, comunicativa y excelente en cada detalle.Eso está asegurado!! Encantados con el trato y con todo, en definitiva. Volveremos!

Kristina’s property was absolutely stunning! the photos didn’t do it justice, we were in shock we found such a nice place. Very spacious and modern in a much more quite part that over looked Benidorm, which was ideal for us. A taxi to the main centre was only about 15 euros but was lovely not being so close, plenty of nice bars and restaurants that are more used by locals close by along with some shops. We were met by Miguel on arrival, he was very friendly and showed us round and made us feel comfortable, was also very quick to reply. Would 100% stay there again.

Nós ha encantado el piso, muy limpio y completo. La urbanización bastante familiar y tranquila. El piso está muy bien situado, si puede ir caminando a la playa, supermercado, farmacia, etc. Sebastián fue muy atento con nosotras, contestando rápidamente y muy pendiente de nuestra llegada. Doy un 10 para todo. Súper recomiendo y seguramente volveré.

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

We hebben genoten van de 15 dagen in dit apartment. Alles was aanwezig om er een goede tijd te hebben, binnen én buiten. De wasmachine deed het niet, maar dit wisten wij al toen we gingen boeken. Dit is erg netjes opgelost, ondanks onze eigen keuze om toch te boeken (wij houden van deze lokatie). Absoluut een aanrader en als het kan keren we er graag nog eens terug. Bedankt voor het vertrouwen en de gastvrijheid!. ☆☆☆☆☆.

Muy recomendable. Paco muy amable y atento a cualquier necesidad que tuvieramo. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días allí y con el añadido de picina y barbacoa. La localización muy buena, a menos de 20m en coche de calas como Granadella y Moraig.
