Monthly Rentals in Pedrazo Bajo

We stayed in the apartment for 14 days and it was great. Yes, there are a lot of stairs but this is also described in the description of the apartment. The neighborhood was really nice, close to great restaurants, walking distance to many of the city's sights and was a bit away from the big tourist crowds. There were also many options for shopping nearby. The landlord was helpful and great at communicating. The only downside was that the parking was further away than described, about 300 meters away from the apartment, but was free and there were always parking options. We would love to come back and recommend it 100% to others.

Amada opened the door to me when I arrived, she was warm and always went out of her way as I don't speak Spanish yet, and she was some German and English, communication was most fluid about the translation tool in the AirBnB chat. I had no obstacles to settle in the apartment, it was always very quiet, and thanks to the weather, always pleasantly warm, mid/end of March. I liked the large, beautiful and spotless bathroom and bedroom with the large bed and a modern led ceiling fan, and the functionality of the kitchen, with a small induction stove. If I had had more dishes, I could have used the dishwasher as well. There were all the important notes for a stay at Amada's. When the electricity was gone from the stove, Amada took care of it as quickly as possible. So I had a great holiday with island explorations, road biking and enjoying Spain in the spring!

First of all, I must mention that Noe is really a very kind person, and always answered for the questions and helped with everything. It was really nice to see her in person! Furthermore, the location of the accomodation was great for us, and the environment was beautiful. Maspalomas is a city with a lot of opportunities, and near to the flat there was a supermarket, an amusement park and 20 minutes by walk we could reach the dunes, the camel safari and the beach. The size of the flat was totally enough for two of us, it is cosy and tidy. It is definitely worth for the money, and I can just recommend it! Thank you so much, Noe!

Very good experience. The host was very connected, reacting and resolving all doubts very quickly. Very helpful and empathetic. Seeing our little girl, she immediately took the toys from her grandson and left us all. The lovely little house, very functional and nicely decorated. It had all the details. We felt at home and we didn't miss anything. The area is very quiet and very well connected. The children's area, the pool and small private garden. Even the sports field in the urbanization. Wonderful
