The house is in the midle of Turial Natural Park 35km from Valencia City and 25 min to the Malvarrosa Beach, (all by High way) , is 100% private, don´t have comon zones, so, all place are privates along your stayed. The place have a big garden with many trees. The BBQ zone, have 30sqm, with bathroom and shower. Your Pets are welcome. The place is very quite, the natural park is very close to make treakking , bikes, or simply can life the experience to running in the montain.

The Villa is a beautiful please and had more than enough equipment, seating, amenities. The villa was spotless, so welcoming and everything was set out clearly. Nacho and his brother who supported our check in was AMAZING! Explained everything, local area and happy to answer any questions. Nacho incredible host with an incredible Villa. The location was 15/20mins from all the main things including the city centre. 22mins by car. Local supermarket walkable and restaurants near by. Will be back soon!

We had a great stay at Jochem's place! The plants were beautiful, such a lovely private terrace. The kitchen was very well equipped, great if you like to cook. The internet was great as well. Overall, a very cozy place. The location was perfect for us, in a quiet area but only a 20 min tram ride to the center of Valencia (easy to get to, only a 5 min walk or so to the stop), and less than 40 mins to the beach. Jochem was also so friendly and helpful! He shared recommendations of things to do in the area, including a medieval fest happening a few blocks away!

This was our 3rd time in Valencia in two years and Antoniette’s place was simply the best - great location to all our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, attractions and central market (our daily visit). The apartment was fully stocked and had all the amenities to stay comfortable for a longer stay. We stayed for a week and to make Valencia work for my schedule…I worked the entire week from the apartment. The best part of the apartment was Antoniette herself, who was friendly and constantly reaching out to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. One evening, I had a minor issue, and she was getting ready to come over to the apartment and take care. Fortunately, the issue resolved itself and goes to show how great and caring of a host she is. I can’t wait to stay at her place again…best option for young couples.

Travelled with my daughter looking for a peaceful break. Pedralba is a lovely village in a great location for visiting Valencia. We mixed sightseeing with walking in the beautiful local area. Mercedes provided an information leaflet with a few suggestions of places to visit. The Ruta del Agua in Chelva was a great recommendation, the route combines a walk through the town as well as the river. The apartment was perfect for us. It has a roof terrace with a barbecue which has fantastic views over the mountains. It has plenty of air-conditioned indoor space too. We would definitely stay again if we were visiting the area

The truth is that the casita is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It has beautiful details and makes it very cozy. We were with our little dog and super nice everything. Very highly recommended to disconnect a few days from the city and relax. The house is very clean and tidy, you have everything you need and also Rebeca was from days before super pending and sending everything detailed. We would definitely come back. One point to highlight is that being so small the bathroom does not have 100% intimacy in terms of noise (for the most embarrassing) the rest is spectacular. 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Letitia’s home! The house is incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and truly feels like a home away from home. The garden is lovely, and we spent so much time enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The huge swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax and unwind, and the house had everything we could possibly need—fully equipped and ready for anything. Being surrounded by nature, with orange trees everywhere, made the experience even more magical. Thank you so much, Letitia, for this cozy and unforgettable time. We can’t wait to return!
