La nostra casa si trova tra Camaiore e il paese di Pedona, località Campiglioni. Il corpo centrale risale alla fine del '300 e nasce su un costone di pietra come stalla e alloggio. Ampliata e ristrutturata nel corso degli anni, al suo interno troviamo pavimenti di cotto dell'Impruneta, inferriate della famosa fonderia di Candalla, mattonelle di Vietri e travi antiche originarie di un antico palazzo Camaiorese. Non vi aspettate la perfezione, i suoi piccoli difetti la fanno essere unica.

Bilocale situato in una casa di corte, composto in entrata da una camera con letto matrimoniale e poltrona-letto,angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Entrata indipendente. L'unico locale in comune (con noi ) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .

Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno in questa bellissima e autentica casa toscana, in un paesino molto caratteristico, tra le Alpi Apuane e il mare, ideale per esplorare i dintorni. La casa è dotata di tutte le comodità necessarie e l'atmosfera è accogliente e rilassante. Unica precisazione: le foto del giardino con vista mare non si riferiscono direttamente alla casa, ma a un giardino ad uso degli ospiti situato a circa 100 metri di distanza. Questo non ha compromesso l'esperienza, ma è utile saperlo in anticipo. Consigliatissima per chi cerca un angolo autentico di Toscana.

Wir hatten vier sehr schöne Tage in Monicas Haus. Die Unterkunft ist sehr urig, ein echtes altes toskanisches Häuschen. Man findet alles, was man benötigt, es ist eine gute Mischung zwischen alt und neu. Monica ist gut erreichbar und steht mit Tipps und Infos bereit.

Ein wirklich tolles Apartment mit allem was man braucht und eine große, schöne Terrasse. Es war wirklich blitzsauber (ich bin da sehr kritisch, weil ich selbst über Airbnb vermiete), ich habe absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Die Hosts waren freundlich, immer erreichbar und haben Tipps für Veranstaltungen gegeben. Camaiore ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend in Tagestouren zu erkunden. 100%ige Weiterempfehlung!

Casarosa is a vacation house with the warm feeling of a home. Upon entering through the main gate, you are left speechless by the spectacular view. Once you recover from that and look in the opposite direction, you can see the beautiful garden with the pool, everything perfectly maintained. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-organized. Everything was very clean. Casarosa has everything necessary for your stay. We lacked nothing, Cristiana thought of everything. But now let's talk about the decoration; the house is beautifully decorated with love for details. All the spaces are in harmony and transmit peace. Cristiana personally welcomed us and showed us everything we needed. She even gave us suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. Even after check-in, Cristiana was always available if we wanted to know something. We spent some incredible days in this place; our teenage children were also fascinated by the cool Insta-Spots they found in Casarosa.

We LOVED this special place with its stupendous view! Communication with Laura went very smoothly. Riccardo was already waiting for us when we arrived, to help us with our luggage, what an exceptionally friendly host he is! Communication with him was also very easy, he even surprised us with delicacies.. The drive to the house is a bit of a challenge, but the place is definitely worth it. It is peaceful and and the view with the ever changing light is gorgeous. The garden with all its lovely seats is wonderful, and the pool area is just perfect. We enjoyed our morning swims even at the end of October! We also loved the house with all its cosy and personal furniture and details. It was obviously decorated with love and care. There are many warm table lamps and candles, which you often don’t find in rental houses (especially in Italy). The kitchen was equipped with many basic appliances, very helpful and so thoughtful! The area is amazing, so much to see and visit. We will be back!
