We really enjoyed our stay at the house, it is close to the beach but also very peaceful and surrounded by nature. The house was spacious and had great amenities. The host was helpful and responsive. We would stay again! 🙂

Basant’s place is exactly as described. It’s ideal for a quiet stay away from hustle bustle, and but many popular restaurants are within 1-2 kms from here. The place was very clean, especially the bathroom. The kitchen has all the essential utensils needed for preparing food. Basant and co host Dileep are very friendly and responsive. Will definitely visit again.

It was one of the most beautiful stays I had recently. Soon after booking, I had a call with Mr. SKJ who was very responsive and sent me the caretaker, Anil's number. Anil again was very helpful with everything. We reached around 30 or so minutes earlier than the check-in time, but Anil made sure we were comfortable and got us the room ready as quickly as possible. The cottage is located in a very beautiful locality surrounded by trees everywhere! If you have the time, there's lots to explore in the vicinity. I am so glad my previous booking with another cottage got canceled and I ended up booking SKJ's Farm coz this was an experience unlike any other - both the stay and the location! Thank you SKJ and Anil! Will be visiting soon again. :)

Felt right at home. This villa is located at a very peaceful locality with all the necessary amenities. It was a very peaceful stay and the host Mr Rajesh was very proactive and helpful during our stay. Our stay at Devalokam was truly memorable. From the moment we stepped in, the house had this warm, welcoming aura that instantly made us feel at ease. It was peaceful, quiet, and felt like the perfect escape from the usual day-to-day rush. What completely took us by surprise was the interior design, we were genuinely in awe. Every space was beautifully curated with so much thought and care. It’s rare to find a place where comfort and style come together so effortlessly, but this home nailed it. And then there's Renjith, the host, one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve met through our travels. He was always there to assist, making sure our family felt comfortable and had everything we needed, without ever overstepping. Before leaving, I told him that whenever we’re back in Trivandrum, this is exactly where we want to stay again, and we meant it from the heart. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and genuinely special stay.

This trip with my friends became more memorable because of the host’s humility and kindness. He himself took initiative and suggested lot of local places to visit. The statutory placement of the building was just right. The rooms were well ventilated and we definitely did not require ac even on the hot sunny day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Vinod is an excellent and caring communicator. His Mom with a sweet smile helped me with anything I wanted. The location was perfect for me, it took me like 3-4 minutes to the clinic I had Panchakarma. The Lighthouse beach is about 5-6 minutes. I love the paciousness of the apartment, the spotless cleanliness. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with warm water. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and a single bed, and A/C that I didn't use, just tried it once, it's functional. But in general, I prefer to open the windows. All windows are covered by mosquito nets, a handy solution. A kitchen with washer is available for your convenience, but I ate out always. All in all, I had an amazing time at Vinod's apartment. Thank you, and I full heartedly recommend it to others.
