Villa vacation rentals in Peccioli

Our stay at Mariella's beautiful home was a highlight of our five week trip throughout Italy. Peacefully situated between Florence and Siena, this villa offers a welcoming respite from the hustle and bustle of the cities. It was also super convenient to the vineyards throughout Chianti. Waking up every morning to the sunrise views over the valley and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening were the perfect beginning and ending to each day. The pool was even larger than we imagined and provided days of entertainment sprinkled in during a week of sightseeing and wine tasting. I cannot recommend this home, location, or host enough. You will NOT be disappointed!

What a fabulous setting and location. Perfect to explore the Chianti region and beyond. It’s roomy, everything you need is there, beautiful pool and a view to cherish. Dining on the terrace is a wonderful experience and with a vinyard with lovely wines available right next door what more do you need from a Tuscan holiday. All hosted perfectly by Fabio and Andrea. Very highly recommended.

Beautiful house in the Tuscan countryside, about 5-10 min walk to the nearest village with a few restaurants. A perfect place to spend a vacation to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Genka was very hospitable, responded quickly to our messages and was not the least intrusive and let us enjoy our stay.

A beautiful home to base ourselves in while exploring Tuscany. Lovely country surrounds. House has everything you need, spacious. Gorgeous terraces and pool. Enjoyed Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena but always great to come back to our Tuscan home! Silvia gave fantastic recommendations - pasta making at Ristorante de Beppino and in house chef Beppe highlights. Also loved Monterosola winery tasting. Very highly recommend. One of the best!

Stunningly beautiful location and property! Great location to access Pisa, Florence, Lucca and the other surrounding area’s. We couldn’t have asked for more from Serena and the team during our stay. Nothing was too much! It is safe to say that we have never stayed in a home and setting as perfect as this one!

Our Villa in Montespertoli was everything we could have wished for and more, full of all the modern conveniences required to cook if desired. The grounds were absolutely delightful and the hillside backdrop of grapevines etc was stunning to wake up to every morning in a secluded and peaceful place. We enjoyed many mornings having coffee around the poolside deck and afternoons sharing a glass of wine chatting with our friends after our many touring adventures. You definitely need to have a car to enjoy this Villa and surrounding areas like Pisa, Siena, hot Springs, San Gimignano to name a few. Our Caretaker Lia cooked us a delicious Sri Lankan dinner to share on our last night which we enjoyed immensely. Thankyou for hosting us in your home, we didn’t want to leave.

Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

Spacious, private, well decorated Tuscan villa. Very peaceful yard with beautiful views including a hot tub we enjoyed (not as hot as hot tubs in USA but still relaxing) - kitchen was well stocked also with thoughtful bread eggs and pasta and caffe. Grazie!!

We had a wonderful stay! The property sits on a stunningly large lot surrounded by trees, which gave it a peaceful and private feel. The pool was a highlight — spacious, clean, and with beautiful views that made every swim feel special. Inside, the decor was tasteful and thoughtfully done, blending comfort with style. This property exceeded our expectations with spectacular views and peaceful, natural surroundings! The host was friendly and responsive. The proximity to San Gimignano and other Tuscan destinations was convenient. Each day felt magical! Just sitting on the patio was amazing! An unforgettable destination and experience!

We’ve stayed in many many airbnbs, and this is the most interesting and beautiful one we’ve stayed at by far. It’s an authentic Tuscan villa built around 1700 and loved by the current owners / hosts. You can tell how much love and care they put into maintaining this place - in particular the garden and olive farm! Marta was an incredible host, greeting us when we arrived, showing us around and even gifting us some olive oil from their farm when we didn’t have cash! We absolutely loved staying here and plan on coming back with friends! Cannot recommend enough!!

The home was located about 1/2 mile from several quaint small towns. Many great restaurants and tours through the beautiful hills and wine country. Very relaxing for family, friends or just to see you unwind by yourself. I highly recommend this location. Take advantage of tours arranged by Nicollo'and his family. We had a ball! Thank you.

A Tuscan Dream Come True! Claudia and Leonardo’s villa was everything we hoped for—and more! The house is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel instantly at home. We stayed as an extended family of 9 & found it to be the perfect base for exploring the Tuscany region. The location is ideal—peaceful and picturesque, yet within easy driving distance of charming towns & wineries. We especially loved hanging out by the pool and enjoying long, leisurely meals outside in the evening. The outdoor spaces are just as lovely as the interior—perfect for relaxing, gathering, and soaking up the Tuscan sunshine. They are incredible hosts. Claudia surprised us with a homemade apple cake that was absolutely delicious, and they both offered wonderful recommendations that made our stay even more memorable. The wine tours they suggested were excellent, and hiring Chef Lorenzo for in-home dinners was amazing! Thank you! We hope to return again!

This was the most magical place so spend a week in Chianti! The villa is exceptionally beautiful, and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The grounds were spectacular, with many things to do and different areas to sit and enjoy. My toddler especially loved picking strawberries from the small garden and collecting eggs from the chickens for breakfast. The hosts were lovely and helpful with any questions we had, and took great care of us. The town of Gaiole in Chianti is very close and with great restaurants and things to do. A perfect spot I can’t recommend highly enough!

We had an amazing four weeks staying at Bellagatta, using it as a base to explore Tuscany & surrounds, and it met all our expectations and more. Bellagatta is a positioned on a hilltop with stunning 360 degree panoramic views, more beautiful than the photos. The annexe that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Air con was useful on the first few days of our stay which were very hot. The property is well situated, 10 minute drive into Buonconvento (not quite an easy return walk up the hill!) which was convenient for restaurants & shopping. Gaetano was a most delightful host, very welcoming, & always taking interest in which towns we were travelling to and providing useful tips for our visits. His property manager, Susil, was also readily available and looked after us with anything we needed , even providing fresh eggs, vegetables & olive oil from the property. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay with family and friends, including young children, in Brian's lovely villa. The property has fantastic views and is enormous. Brian was very helpful throughout our stay. He arranged a delicious meal for us one evening. We were particularly grateful that they came up with a special vegan menu for two of our friends, who really appreciated the effort and the food! I would definitely go back.

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. A modern house in quiet surroundings with beautiful views. Brigitta was very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries both before and during the stay.

The house is beautiful and very big. It is located just outside of Buonconvento and offers complete privacy. A car is an advantage. The rooms are spacious, there are mosquito nets above all beds and enough bathrooms and toilets for everyone. In general, the house is very well equipped, both in the kitchen and otherwise. The pool is slightly elevated, beautiful, large, with natural shade all around and offers a magnificent view on the surrounding countryside. In the huge garden you can eat, linger, play... There is even a small basketball court. But beware: right next door there are wild blackberries and the ball can be lost :) In Buonconvento there is a coop, a fine gelateria and a good coffee with the famous and fine products of Le Dolcezze di Nanni. For a good pizza, the drive to the Mulinum restaurant is worth it a little outside, they have their own mill and process their own grain. We highly recommend the house.

Sandrine’s Airbnb was by far the best accommodation we’ve ever experienced—a peaceful paradise nestled in the hills of Tuscany. What made it truly unforgettable, though, was the incredible generosity of our hosts. Sandrine welcomed us with a warm smile and thoughtfully provided delicious food and drink throughout our stay. She also shared wonderful recommendations for places to visit and things to see. It was a true blessing to meet such kindhearted and gracious people. 🙏

I don’t even know where to begin describing this place. It was the most amazing place I have ever stayed. If you are looking for a peaceful and private villa with incredible views, then stop looking. This is it !! All of the reviews we read before we arrived talked about how amazing the views are and that you must take up the offer if Paola and Alessandro offer to cook a meal for you. Both recommendations are spot on. The sliced beef was one of the best meals I have ever had, and I often found myself wandering around outside the villa looking at the 360 degree views in all directions. We all felt so sad to leave this magic place. Paola and Alessandro were perfect hosts. Always friendly and with a smile on their faces. It’s a long way from Australia but I really hope we get an opportunity one day to return to this majestic place.
