Karol is a very interesting, open and likeable man. He had a lot of tips for things to do for me with the corresponding links, which took away a lot of research work from me. Parking was safely possible on the premises, but there was always something free right in front of the entrance. The apartment is a dream: beautiful structural elements, a romantic west-facing balcony with chairs where you can enjoy the evening sun with a drink, the large super comfy bed! A highlight is the Swedish stove! Karol provided a generous supply of wood and it was a pleasure to watch the fire in one of his large reading chairs cuddled in a ceiling. The apartment has a very pleasant atmosphere and the optimal seating for any time of day. The Wi-Fi is well suited for working, SmartTV is there, the kitchen is well equipped (spices, coffee, tea, French press, microwave, stove with oven, washing machine...), Beautiful bathroom! Great accommodation, great surroundings and great amenities. One bedroom only has a curtain instead of a door, but that was no problem for us. Great communication

A place with a great view , everything was as described. Recommended

The host was very responsive and helpful. We checked in and checked out without needing to meet with anybody (the host gave us the necessary codes remotely). The apartment is modern and extremely well-equipped. The kitchen, in particular, has everything one may need to prepare meals. The wifi is very fast (fiberoptic). The whole town is very walkable, and there are plenty of hikes in the mountains surrounding it. Most days, we walked 10-20 km (6-12 miles). I particularly recommend a walk from the rental unit to the historic sanatorium built over a century ago on the forested hill to the south of town. There is also a hike on Park Hill displaying WWII-era armaments. But the biggest tourist attraction in town is the Arado system of underground tunnels from WWII which is accessible with guided tours. The town has a train connection to Czechia (a 50-minute mountain rail line direct to the cute town of Trutnov from which one can connect to cities like Hradec Kralove and Prague).

Quite place with everything you need to have a rest with a mountains view and forest just under the hand. Highest level of support from hosts! Recommended!

The apartment and location are just wonderful! The equipment is very high quality and cozy. Everything is thought out in detail, clean and very pleasant. The host is extremely helpful and proactive accommodating without being intrusive, really super pleasant. The surrounding area offers a lot of nature, with pure air and clear water, a real treat! You can watch the sun rise behind the mountains every day and be in the forest in minutes. Once we could even see deer eating in front of the house. The people in the village are also very friendly and you often go out of an encounter with a smile. It's worth talking to people. We will miss the very good traditional kitchen. All in all we were able to relax very well here and also work well, thanks to fast, reliable internet and practical study. We could not be more satisfied and thank you to Marcin!

The house was very cozy and welcoming. It had everything you needed. Richard and his family were very friendly. The surroundings are beautiful. I'd love to come back.

It‘s a really nice house and we had a wonderful stay. We were 9 people and had enough space. There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms one living room, kitchen and big terrace. See you again!

Definitely dream home! We were 9 people for an extended weekend in this accommodation and are completely thrilled! The furnishings are first-class, stylish and of high quality. The view is breathtaking and invites you to relax on the terrace. The wellness offers are particularly noteworthy: the sauna is modern and spacious, the hot tub an absolute highlight – especially in the evening under the starry sky. The bathing pond was also a real experience and provided a lot of relaxation. The accommodation offers plenty of space for everyone without feeling cramped. We felt completely comfortable right from the start and will definitely be back! A big thank you to the hosts – it couldn't be better!

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

We spent our holiday time in this great place that's perfect to relax in peace and quiet, surrounded by nature. The greenery of the forest enters inside through the windows. Wonderful! There is a large space around the cottage, whether for children or dog companions. Inside, the cottage is well-equipped, and the fireplace provides a unique atmosphere. A small downside is a small fridge that's hard to accommodate more people. Two bathrooms with a shower are a big advantage. Extremely picturesque, very good starting point for mountain trails. Great communication with a lovely host. I highly recommend the corner to anyone looking for a break from the hustle and bustle.

Host Robert is completely seamless, high level of contact, quick responses to responses, and willingness to get along. The apartment that Robert offered was 6 people, we were with 9 people (including two small children and we easily accommodated), and there was no problem for us all to be in one apartment - for a nominal fee. The apartment is clean, stoves are available, hot water in the bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. I 100% recommend it.

The appartement is a bit outside of Špindlerův Mlýn. There is a bus that goes every 2 hours or so. There is no sidewalk or bike trail. We were with bikes. The appartement itself is very nice and clean (but with weird/sexist pictures on the walls). There is tea and coffee with a coffee machine. The furniture and bathroom are very nice and clean. The shared sauna outside is very beautiful. The communication with the host is very easy and friendly.

We were happy with Paul's accommodation. The apartment is near the center and everything you need is within walking distance (grocery store, restaurant…). The apartment is cozy and tastefully furnished. The communication with the owner was excellent and the owner accommodated us in handing over the keys, for which we were very grateful.

I highly recommend this apartment. The owner is friendly and polite. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything is very clean, there are all the essentials, absolutely all the kitchen utensils, as well as a nice BBQ area - you can immediately see that the owners have thought of everything to the smallest details and take care of their guests. The location of the apartment is great, there are a lot of walking places nearby. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!

We spent 2 nights here with my fiancé and our female dog. The place is cozy and clean, and we had plenty of privacy as if we were alone in the house. The place is less than 10 minutes from the main parking lot on Montenegro, and you can also shop at the ICU store just across the street. We would definitely recommend it and would love to use the place again.
