Thanks to its location, it combines tranquility and an authentic mountain atmosphere with walking distance to the center of Pec, Relax Park and the cable car to Sněžka. A perfect place for relaxation and an active holiday in the Krkonoše Mountains.

We offer comfortable accommodation in an apartment on the first floor of a family house with a spacious garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, a seating area, one single bed and a dining room. There are 2 other bedrooms on the property, both with a double bed. One has a spacious balcony. The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The property is available without the owner present. There is also a spacious garden for free use. Dog fee: CZK 100 per night.

In the bedroom, a double bed (2 people) will provide space for sleeping, in the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed (2 people). The kitchen has a hob, hot air oven, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom consists of a shower and toilet. The apartment includes a lockable box for skis or bicycles. Convenient parking is provided by a private parking space in the underground garage.

One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 05/2026.
