We offer comfortable accommodation in an apartment on the first floor of a family house with a spacious garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, a seating area, one single bed and a dining room. There are 2 other bedrooms on the property, both with a double bed. One has a spacious balcony. The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The property is available without the owner present. There is also a spacious garden for free use. Dog fee: CZK 100 per night.

There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The apartment with 2 rooms and a kitchen is located in the immediate vicinity of the ski slope. In the bedroom, a double bed (2 people) will provide space for sleeping, in the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed (2 people). The kitchen has a hob, hot air oven, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom consists of a shower and toilet. The apartment includes a lockable box for skis or bicycles. Convenient parking is provided by a private parking space in the underground garage.

One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 05/2026.

The house is located in close proximity to the forest on an unclaimed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, bird trellis, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly, and the world is more fully and attentive, then come to the High Grass.
