Charming, fully updated single-level home with a classy industrial theme and FIBER INTERNET! The kitchen has a large island featuring granite countertops, perfect for preparing meals for families of any size. The front room features a 65" LG TV with built-in Airplay and Chromecast. Large fenced yard sitting on a .25 acre corner lot, plus long driveway for easy parking. BBQ and fire pit are easily accessible with large trees for shade. Top-of-the-line mattresses and pillows await you on every bed. You'll get a great night's sleep while you're here, that's for sure! Don't forget about stores like Costco, Walmart, a plethora of restaurants, and shopping centers that are a few blocks (less than 3 min) away. The house sits right at the mouth of Spanish Fork canyon, right off HWY 6. Diamond Fork hotpots are about 25 min away. Sundance Ski Resort is only 20 min away and only another 20 to Park City!

For your four legged kids there is even a dog wash for them, we do limit to only dogs and no more than 2. And did we mention there's a hobbit hole for the kiddos (young and old) to play in?
