Come relax on the front and back patios or curl up in the recliner with a good book or a movie. PLEASE NOTE, Airbnb is now offering an option to pick a different check in time outside of the 4pm check in. We are not able to prepare the space from previous nights guests before 4pm. Friendly dog on premises. No pets, no smoking, and no parties. *Small portions of the road are unpaved (less than 0.5 mile)

You can walk across the street to Rumsey park, and the stores and restaurants of Payson are just a short drive away. The place is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. It's the 1st floor of our 2-story home, completely separated from the second floor. We live upstairs with our 2 young children.
