Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Payson

Bob and Natalie’s place was very welcoming and so cozy and clean. They welcomed us on our arrival, which has never happened, and was really nice as they told us about local spots to eat and explore. It was a perfect size for our family of six and we could easily cook meals in the kitchen as it had so many kitchen immenities! We even made s’mores one night on the back patio with the fire pit and enjoyed the view of the stars and the quietness, always so nice and quiet at night, very peaceful. We experienced a lot while there as the location of their house is in a central spot to Sedona, Flaggstaff, and the Grand Canyon among so much else! It really is a wonderful place. We hope to enjoy it again one day:) Thank you, Bob and Natalie!!

This was one of the best-appointed Airbnbs we’ve stayed in - it has everything we needed, plus some things we didn’t. This was our second trip ever with our five-month-old baby so we are still getting the hang of things, and being in such a comfortable spot made it easier. Hosts were super communicative and helpful, place was easy to find and well-located away from the tourist crowds of Sedona but still close enough that we spent plenty of time hiking and sightseeing. Would recommend this spot to anyone looking to explore the region — or even further afield to the Grand Canyon, which we visited on a day trip.

This is a clean, modern, comfortable, well kept, large apartment. It is on a main street but it’s on the second floor and really the street never got too busy. There are a lot of steps to get to the front door. The view from the back porch is great. Bed was comfortable, towels were fluffy, large master bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, foodstuffs, lots of counter space. Would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect little spot! Joanne's place was practically perfect in every way, we will absolutely spread the word! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Originally booked this for an educational clinic that was cancelled last minute. Decided to keep the reservation and make it a weekend. (Much needed time away!) So glad, I had no idea there was so much to around here! Montezuma Well right literally down the road, the Montezuma cliff dwelling, a 30 minute trip to home Sedona, Petroglyphs at V-V Ranch. If I'd realized I was so close to Jerome and Fossil Creek. I would have worked those into my plan. I spent a lot of downtime in the room with fantastic speedy Starlink internet, a great tub with plenty of organic bath bombs and a kitchenette perfect for a weekend away. All in all a surprisingly great weekend! Was even able to do our laundry and come home with nothing to do but unpack. Thanks for a great weekend to reset!

Had such a fun and relaxing stay in Payson. Overall, the house was beautiful, clean, great location and I would totally stay again! :)

My family stayed a month while waiting to move into our house, and enjoyed the convenience of the location and the private cul-de-sac.

It was beautiful everywhere out there! They were very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. It looks exactly as the pictures show, a cozy get-away. I highly recommend a visit.

This was a great gathering place for our group of 10 to celebrate Christmas together. The setting is beautiful with a creek below the property and walking trails nearby. The kitchen is the most well-equipped we’ve ever seen. The upper level game room with air hockey and ping pong tables was great entertainment for the kids. The house was clean and well organized, with a good direction book for TV, etc. The layout of the house is a little funky - not in a bad way - but perhaps some remodeling that seemed a little quirky. There was plenty of room for all of us, lots of towels, blankets. The outdoor deck and patio is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine. The only downside - honestly for the price - was having to haul off or pay for our own trash removal. I understand the situation, but we were all in from out of town, some flew in, none of us local and we had no idea where to get rid of the trash, so had to haul it home. Hosts were helpful and easy to contact.

This stay was absolutely beautiful! It was technically a Bae-cation to go hiking on Bob Bear trail to the Fossil Creek dam ( hard but worthy!). I was able to bring my two teenagers because of the separate downstairs area… I appreciated them being close but away from us when we wanted. The kitchen was fully stocked and functional. The aesthetics were beautiful! The pullout couch mattress was convenient but not very comfortable, we did make it work though! My only recommendation would be to get more private curtains, I understand it’s on a hill and away from normal traffic but it was hard to walk around naked or do grown things around the house knowing if my teens walked up they could just look through the window! Otherwise, everything was perfect! I LOVED the green everything, even the shower mosaic. Beautiful!

We loved staying at the lodge! Everything was tidy and clean, and the hosts including bean were great! We had some car issues and asked the hosts for help and even tho they were out we got an immediate response and a couple minutes later they were there to help us.

Doug's house was more than I could have imagined. Everything was perfect and was well stocked with everything necessary. It was perfect for my large family. 14 people and 2 dogs. Very spacious and plenty of beds for everyone. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Large or small family. There were plenty of games for the children and plenty of hiking trails. It was a very relaxing time for everyone. Great place for a Thanksgiving feast. Doug responded right away if I had a question. I would definitely rent this home again! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

This home was very comfortable. We stayed for a few days since we didn’t want to stay in Sedona. Pretty quick drive to Sedona from here and beautiful views everywhere you look.

This place was amazing and really had it all!! The room was so spacious and clean! The hot tub was amazing and the coffee shop made the best iced coffees! Would definitely stay here again and would love to bring our kids and do more of the amenities next time! Such an amazing place!
