Staying at this 5 BHK lakeside villa was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of the lake, the gentle breeze flowing through the property, and the stunning sunsets that painted the sky every evening. The villa itself is spacious, luxurious, and immaculately maintained. Each room offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. The food was absolutely top-notch — fresh, flavorful, and served with care. Whether it was a hearty breakfast by the lake or a candlelit dinner with the sunset as our backdrop, every meal was a delight. The cottage is located beside Pawna Lake, has an exquisite view and is quite private. The cottage and pool were absolutely neat and clean. There is a beautiful spacious garden and outside seating. The caretaker was extremely helpful and helped us with all our needs, including food. We had our pet dog with us and there is ample space for pets to roam around. Overall a really good place for a getaway.

Karthikeyan was right there when we arrived at his property. Although we had booked one room , but he was generous enough to allow us to choose any room in the property. If you love outdoors and natural water body, this is the place to visit. Me and my son went for swim in the lake which is adjacent to the property. Beware of the rocks and stones. This is not a sea beach. So please be careful. The food was homely and great. The cook has now become a celebrity. We spent a great evening chatting with karthik. Overall a great place to unwind and relax.

Great stay!! The location is very peaceful and the person at the location (Shubham) is very helpful. We ordered the food from the stay itself and its very tasty
