Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Pavia

Bellissimo appartamento, comodo e spazioso. Peccato non aver avuto tempo di sfruttare la terrazza e il giardino! Impagabile il posto macchina all'interno del cortile. I vicini sono un po' rumorosi, o forse le pareti sottili, ma a parte qualche strano rumore la sera, non ci hanno disturbato. Non c'è il wi-fi, mio figlio l'avrebbe apprezzato, ma è indicato chiaramente nella descrizione che non è disponibile, quindi assolutamente nessun problema!

Mariagrazia place was great! Good location, space, clean and she was extremely helpful whenever needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fuimos de vacaciones para 6 días y 5 noches, nos hemos sentido como en casa, con todos los complementos necesarios para una estancia cómoda. Fuimos una familia de 7 personas y quedamos tan contentos que nos gustaría repetir. Marco es un anfitrión excelente.

Le logement est très bien situé, accessible facilement depuis Milan. Bons restaurants à proximité, rue vivante mais pas de bruit dans l’appartement car à l’écart de la rue. L’appartement est parfait pour 4 personnes, attention peut être aux jeunes enfants car escaliers sans rambarde.

Wir haben uns in Viktors Airbnb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und das Aibnb in den Weinbergen ist wunderschön. Viktor war sehr flexibel was den Check-in betroffen hat, wir konnten schon um 11. 00 Uhr einchecken. Auch hat er uns Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe gegeben. Wir könnem dieses Airbnb gerne weiterempfehlen.

Gezellig benedenappartement met buitenruimte. Goede loopafstand van de metro en supermarkt. Rustige veilige buurt. Aardige host. Nausica bracht ons met haar auto en onze bagage naar het metrostation.

Bardzo dobre miejsce do poznawania okolic Mediolanu. Gospodarz pomocny, szybko odpisuje na wiadomości. Bardzo spodobała mi się możliwość elastycznej godziny zameldowania i wymeldowania.

Un séjour absolument parfait! Logement situé à proximité du charmant quartier de Navigli. Le centre historique de Milan est très facilement accessible par le tram (ligne2) et un arrêt de bus se trouve à quelques pas du logement. L’appartement se situe dans une jolie résidence, accès sécurisé et très calme. L’appartement de Piero est très agréable, petit jardin privé, bel espace de vie, cuisine bien équipée & literie confortable. Piero a la gentillesse de laisser à disposition tout ce qui permet de cuisiner & petit déjeuner, on se sent comme chez soi! Une très bonne adresse que je recommande.

Four of us had plenty of room and privacy if wanted. Very clean and well maintained. All the amenities were available as described and Holvan and Goulia were very nice and responsive to questions. The metro and bus lines were nearby and easy. Would stay there again.

Sabrina's apartment was very cozy, comfortable and super clean! The apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment has a wrap around balcony/terrace which provided incredible views of the city. We had a perfect spot to view fireworks on New Year's Eve! The shower did not run out of hot water and the coffee machine worked perfectly. Sabrina is a fantastic host. She is super friendly, helpful and provided us with plenty of great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The Internet was solid. The tram stops right out front of the building which made it easy to move around the city. Thank you, Sabrina!

Antonello é stato un grande host, sempre con predisposizione e attento a noi. l'appartamento é spazioso, comodo e ben fornito, sia come mobili che come attrezzi ed elementi da cucina, bagno, etc... abbiamo anche fatto delle grigliate (siamo argentine) San Biagio é lontano 5 km da Garlasco, la cittadina piú vicina, molto ben fornita da supermercati, ristoranti, palestre, piscine, campi da padel (che sono stati i nostri interessi), devi avere sí o sí la macchina. la velocitá internet é stata perfetta (abbiamo fatto smartworking). GRANDE OPZIONE PER CHE DEVE STARE IN ZONA!

Antonio’s place was an absolute gem! From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive and helpful—always quick to reply and genuinely thoughtful in every interaction. We even had a great side conversation during our stay, and I have to say, he’s a truly insightful person. The apartment itself was nothing short of amazing: spotless clean, stylish, and just a short walk to the main terminal which made getting around Milan super easy. But the highlight? The balcony with a stunning view of the Milan skyline—it was the perfect spot to start or end the day. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Milan. Very centrally located on a 1st floor of a traditional Milanese building with courtyard. Easy access to two stations and 25mins walk to Duomo through the park. Eleonora was very helpful and responsive with any issue and questions we had. Also super grateful we were able to check out later on the day. My daughter loved her welcome present and we enjoyed all the restaurant recommendations she gave us! Highly recommended, would recommend perhaps for a couple to stay in the summer when it’s not too cold to enjoy the terrace.

Tuvimos una excelente estadía en el departamento de Bianca. Desde el comienzo nos contestó siempre con rapidez y amabilidad. Nos recibieron algunos paquetes que habíamos pedido. El departamento era tal cual las fotos, súper cómodo y bien ubicado cerca del centro. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente y lo resolvieron bastante rápido cambiando la caldera. Nos recibieron con algo de tomar en la heladera, cápsulas de café y algo de comer y nos dieron una atención por el inconveniente del agua. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas un rato ya que nos íbamos más tarde del chek out y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos. Muchas gracias Bianca y Francesca, sin duda volveremos!

Logement spacieux, bien aménagé et très propre. Il est idéalement situé à deux pas de la rue commerçante, à 15 min à pied de la gare centrale et de la cathédrale Duomo. Nous le recommandons fortement. Merci 😊

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und immer gut erreichbar. Die Restaurants welche mir empfohlen wurden waren super. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und die Umgebung ist super um Milano zu entdecken.

We had a wonderful stay at Carlo’s place in Milan. I was traveling with my wife, two kids, and my mother, and the apartment was perfect for all of us. It’s a modern, very clean, and beautifully maintained space in a fantastic location—you can walk everywhere! The internet was fast and reliable, and the whole place felt like home from the moment we arrived. Carlo was an exceptional host—very respectful, supportive, and kind. He made sure everything was smooth and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay here again on our next visit to Milan!

As first time Milaner’s, Lorenzo went out of his way to assist and recommend multiple tourist attractions, local restaurants, the best coffee spots, and of course the best gelato in the area. The place was in a perfect location and was just what we needed. Gorgeous sunset views, thank you for a memorable experience!!

Carla's place is one of the best we had in Italy so far. Beautiful, clean, with high ceilings that give impression of an even bigger space. There is also a cute terrace and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The host provided us with a lot of recommendations, which was really helpful.
