Villa vacation rentals in Pavia

We were very happy to have stayed in Stefania's house! I recommend this destination to those who want to spend days in peace. The house is large, very welcoming and super clean. Stefania was very precise, provided us with all the necessary information and made herself available for anything we might need. I'd add that she was also very nice, because she gave us a bottle of wine and brought us some lentils (super good) that she had cooked for New Year's Eve.

Federica was always super helpful. The house is huge and with many amenities, including barbecue, ping pong, board games, a well-stocked kitchen, and a huge living room with fireplace. We only had a small problem with the heaters but Federica was always responsive and available to come to the house to assist us.

Dorella was a nice host. The communication was really good. The house is beautiful with an old atmosphere. The bathroom is new. It was very clean. All in all it was a nice stay. Thank you Dorella:)

Great place to stay, felt like a home. Everything was great about this place, just a little bit of slow internet, which is probably due to location, but great place and very responsive host. I recommend this place.

Great accommodation, very convenient location (cca 10 min walk from the subway). Clean and well-decorated house, equipped with everything you may need. Very friendly and helpful host. Parking space inside the courtyard. Definitely recommend!

It is very nice for me to live in Alessandra’s house, She give me all kinds of help, as she know English well, It is no any problem for communication. It is a pleasant experience and time during my this trip. Thanks all help that Alessandra & her husband give!

This is a very quaint place to stay with ample room for a large family or a group. The location is ideal as it is close to the Susa metro station but out of the crowds.

The house was as pictured! The pool was very inviting and the house had plenty of necessities for a large group. The host was very responsive and communicated well even with a language barrier.

Sergio was very hospitable and accommodating. He provided extras upon check-in and even helped us order take away when we arrived late at night. He answered questions for us and provided local recommendations. The house was very unique, neat, and clean, with nice private outdoor garden areas.

We had a lovely week here. The house and surroundings where even better IRL than the pictures showed. A big house with amazing views of the surrounding landscape. The pool also had a great view and although close to the road, felt very private. The house worked really well for 2 families. The free wine was amazing, what a service! :) Our local contact, Matteo Piccinini, was very quick to get in contact with and also gave us suggestions for things to do in the area. All in all a great location and a beautiful house!

Eric is a great host. Friendly and fast responsive. Even if we arrived a bit later, he was there waiting for us with the keyes. Apartment is nice and clean. I can realy recommend this place

my family and I had a fantastic 10 days at the villa, enjoying the amazing pool, which was well maintained and spotlessly clean. The villa was spacious with all the amenities. We were given plenty of helpful local recommendations and any questions asked were promptly answered. A great place to stay.

What a place and what hosts! Immediately we felt at home and welcome in Antonella's authentic Italian house. The barbecue area and of course the pool was most used and we enjoyed it. Outstanding views of the plain and mountains. Antonella was very friendly and welcoming and gave a good review of the house which was well equipped with everything you need. Will get lots of local recommendations and the area was thrilled to explore, we could go on:) Thank you!

We cycled the Milano San Remo Amatori, so this was the perfect base for our adventure as it was only 3km from the started. The house was very clean and had all the utilities which you needed, the host is super friendly and very responsive.

The house was absolutely perfect for our group! Unfortunately, the weather did not play along so we could not use the pool, but it was still a perfect stay with Stefano 👍🏻
