Our stay at Janine's was wonderful. The house is large, well airy, with full kitchen, and arrangement of ideal rooms for families. We love that even sun umbrellas and beach chairs were available for use. In an isolated case we need to consult Janine, the answer was in a few minutes. Janine also has a support network if necessary. All of this is provided after the final confirmation of the reservation, very well detailed. I recommend and plan our return!

We love the stay! Caio was very attentive, responded promptly, gave hints about Ilhabela and left a treat on our arrival. The house has a lot of green area, a quiet place and corresponds to the listing. I recommend it and if you go to Ilhabela again, it would be in this space again.

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be welcomed again. Thank you for everything.

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

My family and I spent two wonderful ones in Luiza's apartment, super clean, great furniture, airy, very spacious, super close to the beach, very well equipped! We were guided by Juliana who helped us from check in to checkout, super requests. Staff of the building received us and guided us with great sympathy and cordiality. As soon as we can, we'll be back for sure!

It's the third we stay with them and we have absolutely nothing to complain about. All clear, organized, new, well taken care, attentive. All perfect.

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Everything is close by, I recommend it to discerning customers and we want to come back.

The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

The house is a grace, it has everything to cook, a fridge and a very good stove. i just wanted to highlight one thing,there are great fans there,but whoever is hot like us,we recommend taking more fans,because it's very hot. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. Amazing!!! Great place to enjoy and feel safe in Brazil. The beach is very clean. Nice people very helpful. The Condomínio of the apartment does provide an umbrella and four beach chairs waiting for you all set up at the beach. Excellent idea to enjoy your day to get your sun bath, eating and drinking. The water filtration sistem that the apartment has it was perfect. Good water! Welcome chocolate and note. Definitely you should go there.
